Our initial experience at Massage Green Spa for a couple's spa appointment was highly positive. The staff displayed warmth and friendliness, providing excellent service overall. The only drawback encountered was a malfunctioning TAB in the sauna. Despite this, we intend to revisit the spa based on the overall positive impression

This was my first massage and let me tell you… exceeded my expectations. I walked in and was greeted by my name, she knew it was my first time, walked me through how the appointment would go. Susana was amazing. I am a dental assistant and have 2 young kids so I needed some mom time. I left there feeling so refreshed. I will be back. Best birthday and treat myself trip!

Without going into too much detail. The girl answering the phones has an attitude that needs to be addressed soon. She literally hung up on me, which totally surprised me. I called back and asked who the district manager was. She said there wasn't one. So I asked who her boss was, she stated she didn't have one, that she was the boss. Calling another location, I found out that she is NOT in charge and this hopefully will be addressed.

I’ve always enjoyed my massages here for the most part, but I wanted to pause my membership to catch up on my 4 massage credits only to find out you can’t use your credits when your membership is paused AND if I cancel, I only have 30 days to use my credits. As a wellness center owner myself, I find this to be a horrible policy that clearly does not have the customer in mind.

I ordered a couple’s massage for my 5th anniversary and the receptionist put in the wrong code. Simple misunderstanding. I showed up and they couldn’t give me the couples massage and told me I had to reschedule when me and my wife are under the belief we were getting a two hour massage. They told me to reschedule or go to groupon so I did just that. Groupon refuses to give me my money back, and I had to dispute it to the bank. I understand it was a simple mistake, but that simple mistake costed me lots of unneeded stress. Simply confirming the number was correct when I said in the phone call it was for two was a very easy way to avoid this kind of misunderstanding. On top of that the receptionist that attended us at the desk upon arrival was not at all accommodating and rude.

Had a wonderful experience!! Marcus gave an excellent massage. The pressure was just right and he really helped with my insanely tight shoulder/neck area. We also had a great conversation, which honestly surprised me because I’m usually awkward and quiet during massages—the conversation was very natural and relaxing, though. The prices are more affordable than most spas in the area, especially if you get a membership plan. I didn’t catch the name of the front desk attendant, but she was so nice and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxing, too. Overall, just a quality place.
