Massage Green SPA

I went to get a facial today and oh my goodness! Amanda did an amazing job! She listened to my concerns and worked on them. She even gave me a neck massage while she was waiting for my clay mask to set which I really needed, took the time to ask about my skin care routine and made recommendations. Also the manager at the front desk is super sweet. These ladies made my day, thank you! 🙂

Absolutely the best massage/spa around! From the front desk personnel to the manager to the therapists, everyone is so nice and helpful. The therapy was amazing and my therapist was very flexible and really broke down the knots on my back. I'm glad that I purchased the membership for my family and I. Looking forward to my monthly massages from now on! Thank you Massage Green!

Manager Michelle and all staff are very friendly. I have been coming to this location for years now. Their customer service is one of the main reasons I return. I have some scheduling issues at times. Michelle and her team will follow up with me on future availability, should I want to schedule. The massage therapists are very well versed in their profession. There’s really nothing negative to say, with the exception of that they may be fully booked at times….thank goodness for cancellations though!

Erin was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable and explained everything during my facial. I was so relaxed and loved my experience so much that I decided to sign up for a membership.

I was a member here for years, since 2019 I believe, and they apparently have been bought. I’ve called this location and it goes to a voicemail for a different company and nobody ever returns my calls. I had about $800 banked in their “membership” because you couldn’t cancel without losing your money. Now I can’t get ahold of anyone. I received zero communication from them and it feels like they stole my money at this point.

I had Lorena as my masseuse and she was so wonderful! She worked on all my problem areas as asked (and there was a lot), and gave me very helpful suggestions for at-home care. She's very nice, personable, and easy to talk to. Will definitely be booking with her again!

First time getting a massage and Massage Green Spa did an awesome job. My girlfriend and I came and enjoyed the sauna as well as a 1 hr massage. The staff greeted up and signed us in and we were alone in the sauna to relax for an hour. Facility was clean and they explained everything to us. You can even watch Netflix in the sauna! Our massage therapist was Frank and he was very thorough when working on my body. He asked where the tension was and focused on the specific areas and we had a good chat. He was informative and offered good insight and recommendations. I came out relaxed and the tension around my neck and back was as gone. Would definitely come back to Green Spa and see Frank again.

CC our masseuse and Amanda our esthetician are AMAZING ! My Wife and I truly look forward to coming to Massage Green Spa here in Chino for our massages and facials. It’s is definitely worth every penny and every minute spent there. I have fallen asleep in both CC’s and Amanda’s hands . Thank you ladies for your service we are definitely looking forward to coming much more often. Great job Massage Green Spa
