Stephanie is wonderful! She is able to pinpoint the source of pain and work out the deep knots. She's friendly and funny and makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. Everyone is friendly and its easy to make an appointment.

Dejah is amazing! I recently had the best massage that I’ve ever had from this location. Dejah was attentive and very knowledgeable in regards to cancer patients.

Still great-11/1/2024 This place is legit! They have an ample selection of therapists and you will not go wrong with the membership. Very competitive pricing at monthly payment. I highly recommend Stephanie, a small Philippine lady that can pack the punch to those muscles in need. She is custom catering your massage as you wish. So friendly and charismatic, you'll want her to be your new best friend. Stephanie is personable and professional. Ask for her on your first visit and you will know I do not exagerate. Massage-Haven, worth the trip!

Phenomenal, from booking to signing up for membership and discounts to my massage therapist Dejah.. I never had a massage before where I’m being coached on muscle relaxation through releasing the tension and control of the muscles and allowing my body to relax and heal through the massages. I recommend Massage Haven to anyone interested in truly relaxing massage therapy and recovery from your daily routine and stresses.

Ashley did an amazing job. She was very personable while maintaining a professional manner about herself. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, my service requests were met, and my expectations were exceeded. At the front desk, I was greeted with kindness and a welcoming atmosphere by Averi and another staff member (a young man, didn't catch his name). I booked a coupes massage for my wife’s birthday. I even called to make sure that we would be together and was told that we would be together! When they called us back from the waiting room we were confused as they were asking who wanted the therapeutic massage and who wanted the relaxation massage. Then as we walked back to the room we were separated to different rooms I informed them that it was supposed to be couples massage! We were told that they don’t have couples massage at that location! So it wasn’t what we were anticipating especially for my wife as this was a surprise by me. In the beginning of my massage I informed the therapist that I had some stitches on my back, then a few more min later she noticed I had a tattoo on my arm. After I told her it was only a week old she told me that I was a walking billboard for not getting a massage. She was sort of rude about it. I am not one to comment/review businesses but this irritated me! I wouldn’t recommend going to this place nor will I go there again!

My boyfriend and I called on Wednesday morning 8/31/22 if they had an open schedule for a couple's massage. They said they could take us in at 3pm but in separate rooms, which was alright. I had no expectations since the last time I had a full body massage at Chandler was awful! Trivia was my therapist and she was phenomenal! She was very attentive to what I wanted.My boyfriend's therapist was amazing too! Place is clean and relaxing! Price was great. Will definitely be coming back here! Highly recommend you check it out! This place is family owned. The owner is a massage therapist himself and his wife is a nail tech who also owns the Nail salon next door.

I am giving Massage Haven five stars based on two extraordinary ladies on their staff: Bella and Stephany! Bella was part of the front desk staff and always welcomed me with a genuine smile and many times went beyond her duty when any issue with scheduling or other problems arose. Though I have gotten facials at Massage Haven, I regularly go to get massages from Stephany. I have been getting massages for at least 15 years in different places, from spas to resorts to massage therapy clinics, and I have to say that Stephany is at the top of my list of absolutely talented and gifted therapists. She is excellent at what she does and genuinely caring, friendly, professional, and committed to her client's wellbeing. I would never go anywhere for my routine massages if Stephany were not my therapist! She is the best!
