I went there yesterday afternoon for the first time. The atmosphere was so nice it was quite and loved the ocean sound. Kylea Cordwell did a very very great job. My arms were hurting and she worked on them and my shoulders blades and they are not hurting today. I just want to Thank Het Very Much. I really enjoyed it very much. I have already booked another appointment with her. She does a really really great job.

Massage Matters is a absolutely wonderful place to go for a Massage and all your waxing needs!!! Shannon is a wonderful massage therapist, and works out all of the tough problem spots! I am completely happy and relaxed☺️ Sara the ethnitician does a wonderful job on eyebrows, and I will continue to visit her for all of my waxing needs. Being new to the area carries a lot of nervousness when finding new professionals to take care of your needs, and I can truthfully say that the staff at Massage Matters is top notch!! I visited the Greeneville location, but hope to check out the Jonesborough location in the very near future!! Thanks ladies, you both made my day

I went in as a walk in and was able to get a 15 minute massage. Bekah worked magic in such a short time and relieved stiffness in my neck & back. Moving forward, I will be sure to schedule more time. Thank you for a great first experience here at the Greeneville Massage Matters.

Had an amazing experience. This was an anniversary present, they had cupcakes waiting for us. Made sure we were comfortable the entire time. The entire place was clean, relaxing and wonderful.

I absolutely love this place and the atmosphere they create. They really go out of their way to make you comfortable and meet your needs. It's worth every cent for the peace and lasting comfort.

The facility is very clean, well presented and relaxing. The owner Shannon is awesome. She fixed my iliopsoas and worked on other muscles issues with my shoulders/back. In the half hour I booked with her my pain went from about a 9.5 to a 2. I've been in pain for a few weeks now and I'm so glad I made the decision get the work done. She also suggested a few things I could do to help prevent further injury and improve my shoulder posture. That gal knows here stuff!
