I booked an appointment for Amanda but got someone else. Warm room and bed was nice, but I asked her for medium pressure and to focus more on my shoulders. Her pressure was more of a mild pressure. On top of that she was making me pay her a certain minimum tip percentage, I thought tipping was what you wanted to pay. I should have went to Meimei at Upper State Royal Thai massage, she’s great with shoulders.

I travel for business and find myself in Santa Barbara every year in the fall. This year I arrived with a back issue that had been plaguing me for over a month. My chiropractor helped, but it seemed like lots of knots in my back were at the core of my problem. I found Touch of Heaven from a Google search and made a two hour appointment with Amanda. The combination of deep tissue, accu pressure, and whatever else she has in her tool box gave me incredible relief! Because of how extensive my issue was, and the fact that I was in town for three days… I returned for another two hour massage on my last day. I can’t say enough about how wonderful Amanda is at her work! When someone fixes what has been a chronic issue with your health… it’s life changing! Don’t let her size fool you. Amanda is powerfully strong, and truly gifted at body work! Thanks Amanda!

I haven't gone anywhere for a massage in close to 2 years. After reading Touch of Heaven reviews, I was quick to online book a 90min appointment the next day. The hours of availability are unbeatable. I got a little lost expecting to see a store front off State Street - it's a shared space with multiple businesses and a locked office door, you have to ring the doorbell/buzzer. Anne Zheng was quick to greet me and very professional. The room was a good temperature and had a peaceful + cute setup. The music volume & playlist was also good. I asked for medium pressure and she may have slipped into hard a few times, but my shoulders needed it and I still feel amazing a week later. My favorite part was the warm stones. I was very comfortable the whole time and truly relaxed. There was minor tenderness the day to follow but drink plenty of water and you'll be fine. I definitely plan to visit again.

I have known Amanda for 5 years. My wife wanted a massage so she booked with Amanda and I chose Annie…I was so impressed and my wife couldn’t be happier. They are professional and courteous.

Phenomenal deep tissue massage by Anne Zheng at Massage Touch of Heaven. She has stronger hands than any male masseuse. Her Chinese massage techniques released tightness in mind and body. I appreciated that she washed off the oil from my skin at the end of the massage. She is also warm, friendly, and professional.

Got a couples massage for 90 min. This isn’t a normal setting. You go downstairs into the building. You walk throughout the hallways and then enter your room. The room is very warm which I liked, the massage table is not heated though. I wanted relaxing and I requested “soft” pressure, but still needed to tell the masseuse a few times throughout the massage that her pressure was too hard. I did not feel relaxed for the majority of the time and at points I couldn’t wait for it to be over. I was confused what the massage technique was exactly. My husband also reported it seemed his masseuse seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. He wanted deep tissue and didn’t get that either. Will not be going back and I do not recommend. $320 for 90 min. Not worth it.

Amanda is magic, I can’t even begin to say thank you enough for how she helped my tweaked back. I pulled something lifting groceries while on vacation, and thank god Amanda was open on a Sunday. Her mix of Thai, Swedish, deep tissue, and stretching has made it so I can put on shoes and stand up from a chair without bracing myself (that’s how bad I messed things up before seeing her). I wish I were a local so I could see her regularly!
