I've been in a couple of times now, and have received excellent service, and wonderful massages. My most recent massage with Mariah was exceptional! Her hands never seemed to stop moving. Her deep tissue pressure was wonderfully consistent; and if her fingers found a knot, it was going to relent before she would. I walked out not knowing exactly which way was up or where I was at.

A friend gifted me a massage, but even though it was for one hour, what she paid for, I still had to pay $36 on top of that, plus tip. I loved my therapist, Keith, but the owners held my credit card hostage for 10 min while they went through this long spiel trying to get me to sign up for "$10 today and then $85 a month after that." Unpleasant end to a relaxing and helpful massage. I would never go back. 5 stars for Keith. 0 stars for the owners and their pushiness. Edited to add - I just found out my friend paid full price on the gift card for the massage - WAY more than the $49 they told me was on it! This place is HORRIBLE. Do not go here. Keith is great, but it is not worth getting taken advantage of by the owners.

Services are great (except for one I had.. can’t remember her name), but their front desk is very scammy.. They will hold you there to pay for your services, won’t give your card back until you basically agree to a membership and hold you hostage after a 1-2 hour long service until you agree to a membership. This felt VERY scammy. Then they make the membership so hard to cancel and you cannot understand them. I would avoid this place just for that reason.

I had a wonderful massage by Amina this afternoon! She really paid attention to all of my sore areas since I'm going through physical therapy and had great pressure throughout my 90 minute massage. I added on hot stones and she kept her oil and stones at the perfect temperature. She was amazing and I will definitely be using her again!!! Great service here at this location and the man behind the desk was pleasant and welcoming too. This was 10/10 experience compared to other locations around the KC area that I've been to recently.

The aesthetician Ben I had and the facial I received were all good. The front desk however, different story. Thankfully I had read the reviews so I was prepared. Upon exiting, I had to tell the team up front nicely 3 TIMES that I was uninterested in a membership. They then had the audacity to try AGAIN. I sternly told them that I was not going to say No a 4th time. Thankfully they didn’t hold my card hostage and thankfully I didn’t let it go on 10 times like other people here have mentioned. Can you imagine having a wonderful 60min facial or massage, coming out feeling calm and great, then have to deal with that? I certainly won’t be dealing with it again because I won’t be coming back to this location. If these sort of interactions bother you then don’t come here.

Friend gifted me a massage here. I called and asked if I could pay the difference and get a hot stone massage instead of the regular message. Well that took a long time for them to figure out and they called me back and said yes. I paid the $60 difference but did not receive a hot stone massage at all. You can tell their communication is terrible as I marked light for my pressure and when the massage started I had to ask her to lighten the pressure as it hurt. And the massage that I got was meh. When it came time to massage my feet the person just used a hot towel to wipe them down. I was just ready to leave after that but had to go to through the high pressure get a membership sales pitch. I wish I would have read the reviews and just recycled the gift certificate and gone anywhere else.

Mariah gave an amazing massage! Her calming presence and skilled techniques left me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. A truly wonderful experience! I highly recommend Leawood Location.

A great place to get a massage, would recommend it without any doubt. My therapist Aryn has done an excellent job, he helped me a lot with my knots. Will be seeing them often.
