I came in on Friday for my massage and it was amazing. My therapist met my needs, the front desk and manager were a super attentive to my needs and were able to answer questions I had about prices and addd ons. The ambiance of the spa alone was inviting and relaxing and lots of people agreed with me too when I say it’s smells SOOO GOOOOD!!! I will definitely be returning to the Davie location in the near future and I even joined the wellnessmembership program. The young lady I spoke to explained everything in clear detail and I didn’t feel like I was being coaxed into a trap. 9/10 stars ⭐️ it would’ve been a perfect 10 but they did I couldn’t camp out for my next massage

I received 2 gift cards from my daughters as birthday gift. It was my first time going there. My therapists were spectacular (that's why I gave 2 stars, they deserve more) but I must say that the front office staff is one of the worse I've experienced. The manager and the girl named Terry were uncooperative, always in a hurry, don’t have customer service skills/knowledge and won’t resolve any problem (just create). I was trying to buy some products and to start the membership, but they started charging me a lot of no senses in my cards that I gave up. Only bought a sunscreen because my therapist recommended. It resulted in so many charges, refunds and confusions. Not the place to visit if you want a pleasant and relaxing spa experience. Updating: this weekend appeared another transaction in my bank account. It’s ridiculous. And, no… it was not resolved. Took another star. Updating again: they charged me once more again. Rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful and incompetent customer service.

I have been a member for over 5 years the manager has absolutely no customer service skills. I addressed a concern to her and she basically blamed it on her staff…very unprofessional when it was her responsibility The staff and therapist are great!!!

Great place. My Massagist was Eric, and he was awesome. Professionalism and experience and he gets to the trigger points right away to release the tension on the muscles. Totally recommended The staff is very courteous too

I really use to love this place but now if I could rate them 0 stars I would. I came in to speak to the manger who sent me the email about the price increase and once again she was no where to be found. There was only one person at the front desk who was very kind and apologetic but that doesn’t excuse the short notice I received about the increase. I also called a few days before requesting to speak to someone about the this and still haven’t gotten an explanation. Really thinking about canceling my membership!

Don’t use your credit card at this place. They will charge it without asking your permission or having no contract signed authorizing future payments. I was charged for two months on a membership fee and my wife never signed up for. I called and asked them to send me the signed contract. And they said my wife never signed it. So now I’m going to pursue legal actions for fraud and contact BBB and the state of Floridas attorney generals office.

The WORST MASSAGE Ever! DO NOT GO THERE. They also been charging my credit card without authorization. The business owner vote me a The business owner wrote me an email saying they would stop charging my card, but Wala,, they keep charging, so I’m gonna take them court.
