I come down to Myrtle Beach about once a year and I have been looking for a good massage experience for the past several years with no luck. Finally, today I found the perfect place! The location is beautiful inside and very welcoming. Megan was my masseuse and she was fantastic! The 1 hour massage included a couple of hot towels during the actual massage time which was a plus. Megan listened to my needs and addressed them thoroughly. After the amazing massage, as I was leaving, I was told I could also use the hydra bed! For an additional 15 minutes I was in pure heaven. You now have a customer for life and I promise to come back whenever I visit South Carolina! With love from a new fan from Maryland.

I want to start off by saying I am not the one to typically leave reviews. However, this needs to be addressed and hopefully this will help someone from going through what I experienced at this location. The services I have received, have been phenomenal from the massage therapist - just want to add that. However, with that being said I have never been treated so poorly by a business, in my life. I canceled my membership in July ( looking back thank goodness, I will would never want to support a business that does such things ) anyways, I did receive a credit voucher ( valid for 6 months), I honestly forgot about it until October. It did expire November 10th, I called on October 30th to request an appointment, the massage therapist I requested ( the best btw ), is always backed up and I was told I would still be able to use this as they're understanding she is always booked out. Fast forward to my appointment, I was notified this isn't accepted, which is fine I do understand however, was told otherwise on the phone. I requested a review of the phone call, the owner stated this would come out of the workers paycheck that told me misinformation, however, I knew I did not want that to happen. I did let the owner know, this should have not been communicated to me if it was false. The owner then proceeded to get extremely unprofessional, and extremely hatful, pretty much in summary calling me a lair, saying they've done enough for me and so on. You never know what someone is going through, and this situation was what lead to me breaking down, instead of being understanding of me being upset, she continued to belittle me, and be extremely disrespectful. I stated I would just pay for the service she then said " No we don't want your money - the last thing I need is you writing a review. ", I stated I wanted to ensure the massage therapist got paid for her wonderful services, and she stated she would be paying her for the services. Mind you I had a break down - never in my life have a seen a business establishment talk to someone in such a manner. At the end, I left a tip for the therapist and as I am still crying the owner has the audacity to say " It's not the end of the world. " Well, let me tell you something - you simply do NOT talk and treat others that way, you never know what someone is going through. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE. I hope this helps someone else and prevents this from happening in the future. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Update on 11/13 : after being DENIED to pay for the service and being told they do not want my money - they have charged my credit card on file. I will be taking matters into my own hands and reporting this.

I have been going here for several months now. I got a special before they opened, went my first time and joined the membership. I have been very happy. The atmosphere is clean and relaxing, friendly staff. I highly recommend Dorothy who only works on Wednesday but she is fantastic!

They offer first timers a great deal, $65 for a one hour massage. Deep tissue or Swedish massage. They also offer a 15 minute hydro massage before or after your massage appointment. I enjoyed that as well. Lay on a reclined lounger fully clothed, pick the speed, pressure and area to be massaged with water power. Very enjoyable.

We had a large group on vacation and the staff accommodated us all during our stay. The atmosphere and massage therapists did not disappoint! Thank you Robyn and staff!

I used a gift card for a lux facial. When I went into the room, the very young girl did not explain what the luxe facial consisted of, but started to tell me about all the different facials and saying that she can do that. The way she spoke I assumed they were included under the facial. You just pick one. She never really analyze my skin and told me any trouble spots or had a treat. When it was over, I handed in my gift card. I didn’t have to sign anything and I had to have a credit card on file when I booked. Later when I got home, I looked at the receipt thinking it would just show the gift card and I was charged 60 extra dollars for my facial. She should’ve explained what a luxe facial was , then as she told me about the other facial, she should’ve explained what they consisted up and the additional price. She did not. I feel like I was taken advantage of and duped. I will never go back even though I have an additional gift card. I don’t know how they train them, but it seems like they train them to deceive.

I love this place and my masseuse Skyler is the Best ! Changed my appointment to see him and glad I did !!! They are very professional and take really good care of you !

Highly recommend this place; the therapists are great and the front desk staff is very friendly. Abby walked me to my car in the pouring rain with an umbrella. I am very impressed with their friendliness. I’ll definitely come back!
