May Relaxation massage

I thought it was a little odd to have clients pay in advance before a service, which was the first red flag. Massage was good and the experience was okay overall until the end… I was forced to tip. I did, but she said that what I left wasn’t enough. She claimed a tip of 20% was necessary and forced me to give $15. If you want more for your services, just include it in the price and be upfront instead of ambushing clients at the end. Would not recommend, there are several better massage places within a 5-10 mile radius.

Made me pay up front. Started off good, the lady that doesn't speak English is talented , but she switched people halfway through without warning and the second person had a different style of massage, wasn't as good and had hairy arms. Walked out because his technique was going to cause more pain. Very disappointed and do not recommend if you care about getting a good massage. Waste of $20.

If I could give 0 stars I would ! #1 asking to pay for service before being serviced , terrible massage and customer service …20% minimum tip BEFORE your service! This really doesn’t make sense this place is terrible..needed something quick and I wish I didn’t ..I’ll never return!

Andy gave an amazing full body massage. I was very comfortable working with him. He made sure I was comfortable with the pressure he was using, and he checked on me throughout the session. I enjoyed my massage so much, I added a foot massage to my experience. I will definitely be going back.

When I arrived, it took less than three minutes to get service. The massage was good but I will say the payment process need work. Allow customers to make the payment and tip after the massage. Requiring payment up front, as a customer, I do not know how good the service will be and tips are suppose to be voluntary. Not mandatory, when asking for tip before the customer leaves especially when they pay by credit or debit card.

Best massage I’ve ever had in America. She gets all up on the table and changes your life. Trust me.

I can say my experience at May Relaxation was very good. I'm a small frame woman and previous places have been a little aggressive on my body. Fifi applied the right amounts of pressure and it was very nice and exactly what I needed. After a stop over in Atlanta headed to Houston from South Carolina my luggage was lost and I'm still in Atlanta. I stopped in this establishment, I needed a little stress relief, the only downside to this really well needed experience was, I paid for a full body massage in advance and upon leaving I looked to see how much cash I had to provided as a tip. Granted it wasn't just a couple of dollars. The young lady looked at my tip and said, that's all? I said, that's what I have. She again said, that's all, so I took the tip back and then she handwaved me away and said get out.

She left the room like 4 times. She was on the phone while she was doing my massage. I told her medium pressure and she gave me super hard. I had to keep telling her that was too much pressure and she obviously didn’t understand what I was saying and continued to press hard. Then demanded I leave a $15 tip, I have never been at such an establishment. I was also the only person who came in there. I can see why now.
