Me Time LLC- A Therapeutic Massage and Yoga Studio

Toni did a super job on my lower back and my shoulders..I hurt so bad the night before could not sleep, after a one massage my pain eased considerably and I had a good nights sleep. She has a very clean and pleasant work area.

I had my first session with Toni and the vibration/singing bowls. It made me so relaxed that my breathing improved and all my anxieties went away. It even helped my digestion! I will be booking these sessions more often as I feel it really improved my problems. Some more than others, but there was a definite difference. Thank you Toni!

The experience was so amazing, Toni took the time to explain in detail all of what she did and any issues she noticed. She had the ability to feel the area where most issues were. Such an amazing person, although my sessions have come to an end I will be coming back to see her.

Toni is professional, knowledgeable, efficient and intuitive. Best and most productive massage therapy in a relaxing, positive atmosphere. I will note that Toni teaches yoga and has charms and crystals but she nor her staff push merchandise or yoga classes, which I appreciate. I live in Pike Road which is an hour away from Toni. I'm really glad the VA sent me down here even though it is 1 hour away. Toni's help really is worth the trip.

Toni is INCREDIBLE at what she does and we are so lucky our small town has someone with her skill level. I’ve had a handful of massages from her now and her massages are as educational as they are relaxing. She is highly knowledgeable and I always learn something new about my body, what’s going on, and how to take better care of it when I leave. She is alap extremely kind and respectful and lovely and you can tell she truly cares about her clients’ wellness inside and outside of Me Time. Always above and beyond.

Toni is amazing!!! I got a massage to help prevent migraines and it was the best massage I've ever had. She also taught me several pressure point techniques I can use at home if I start getting a headache. She even advised me on my posture and seating arrangements at work. Finally, she also works with essential oils and is extremely knowledgeable about blends to use for various purposes. If you are in pain or if you suffer from migraines, or if you just need to relax, go see Toni! I felt better after leaving than I had in months.

Toni gave an amazing massage! I was experiencing quite a bit of lower back pain and the next day I was considerably better. I am anxiously looking forward to my next appointment!
