However, after the session at Medical & Sports Massage, I felt like a new person. I even shared a 'post' session video to showcase the immediate impact. Denise listened attentively to my issues, explained the treatment plan thoroughly, educated me on potential causes, and executed the massage with exceptional skill. Denise the owner has hands touched by God and has helped me keep my muscles loose due to tightness from being a surgeon. She referred me to another therapist due to availability and he was spectacular! Kentrell listened and treated all the areas that were bothering me. You can tell that he has great knowledge of anatomy and how to properly relieve tension in muscles, which I appreciate as a physician. He also incorporated stretching at appropriate times, which helped because I don’t stretch enough on my own. I highly recommend Medical & Sports Massage! I sprained my AC joint in my shoulder and struggled with it for about 6 weeks trying to get it back right. I happened to spot this place one day and decided to try their services. The first time I booked a 30 minute appointment, just to get work on my shoulder. I was amazed at how great my shoulder felt after the session. I've been back 3 times for 90 minute sessions. I no longer have pain in my shoulder, and my overall physical health and wellness has improved tremendously. The entire staff is highly knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and make your best interests to improve your wellness a priority. As a professional stuntman I work on my body the same way a professional athlete would. I have been searching for years for a place like this for recovery. To a person like me, this place is a Godsend.

After a terrible car accident 10 years ago I have been suffering with spine and joint pain. My PT therapist recommended Denise and I was thrilled after the first session. I had relief immediately. Looking forward to my session next week.

I’ve had 4 back surgeries over the past 12 years and for as long as I can remember I have been in pain every day. My various doctors have always told me it was muscular. Ashli has magic hands! Wow! What a massage I had today. She knows just where to find those tight muscles and give them relief from holding so much tension. You won't be disappointed if you schedule a session with her! Oh and make it an hour! BTW, they have great prices on multiple sessions. I'm one happy, relaxed camper!

Love this place. Jane't is a fantastic massage therapist! She knows spots in my body that need work before I do. Very communicative and works with you to make sure she isn't pushing tolerance levels for pain/discomfort. I've only had a couple of massages but I can already feel a difference in my mobility and THAT is why I will keep coming back.
