GREAT experience with Cin during my massage and facial. She has new and innovative techniques with a wonderful bedside manner. She is so accommodating and sweet when scheduling appointments, I appreciate her understanding and flexibility. My body feels relaxed and pampered for weeks after an appointment with her. Very poor customer service. They don’t return phone calls in a timely manner then blame it in being on a retreat. There’s a thing called change your message so your customers know that. Also, even though their gift certificate I purchased a while ago shows no expiration date, they claim their policy could not honor it. Poor customer relations and poor business decision as they are going to lose several thousand per year over. $100 gift certificate. There are many good massage therapists in Medina. I would suggest trying someone else. She also hung the phone up on me when I was trying to tell her there was no expiration date on certificate. The smart thing to do would have been to accept the certificate, since it was paid for, and make your customer happy and enjoy the additional revenue from them going forward. I also just found this. I wonder if it pertains to Spas. Ohio's gift card law Specifically, merchants cannot sell gift cards or gift certificates with an expiration date of less than two years from the date the gift card was issued (federal law extends this to five years, in many cases).

It's clear Cinnamon takes great pride in what she does. Prior to my appointment she took the time to ask about my injuries and chronic pain so my first appointment was well-planned to address all of my concerns. She is very knowledgeable and suggested cupping and red light therapy along with my massage. From the moment I walked in for my appointment I knew I was in the best hands. Everything was absolutely glorious and I couldn't believe how much better I felt after just one appointment. She suggested a treatment plan of continued healing and I believe I'm on the right path for full recovery. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment.

I was greeted quickly after my arrival. The treatment room had wonderful ambiance with the soothing colors, gentle lighting, quiet music, and comfortable massage tables. I appreciated the attention given and techniques used to address my specific concerns. The check out process & scheduling of a future appointment was very efficient.

Despite all the stress I was carrying I was able to immediately relax in her space. The rooms are clean, inviting and beautiful.
