Mellow Massage Wellness Center

I've been going to Mellow Massage for a few years now, and despite them moving locations a few times, I'll keep following them wherever they go. My latest experience was with the incredible Jay Heart, and it was nothing short of amazing. Jay provided one of the most relaxing and attentive sessions I've ever had, making the whole experience soothing from start to finish. Not only was the massage great, but Jay also recommended a few personalized tips that I'll definitely try out next time. The atmosphere at Mellow Massage is always calm and welcoming, making it a nice escape from daily stress. If you're in need of a great massage, do yourself a favor and ask for Jay--you won't regret it!

I received a massage here back in 2019 and it was the worst experience of my life. I showed up early for my massage and they made me sit there past my start time and when the masseuse finally took me back she walked away for 10 minutes when I changed. It only takes 1-2 minutes to change and lay on the table. When she finally started the massage there was only like 40 min left and she only massaged my back when it was supposed to be a full body massage. It didn’t even feel good. The pressure was horrible and not relaxing. Do not go here!!!! You will waste your time and money!!!

My experience at Mellow Massage was fabulous! I was given a gift card which was what led me to check it out and I was not disappointed! The staff was very friendly. I worked with J and she was fabulous! She made sure I was comfortable, helped me relax and gave a me a wonderful massage! Would definitely recommend and I hope to be back soon!

I was nervous because I had never had a massage before but booked myself one on a whim for my birthday. Malila made me feel comfortable and at ease right away. I felt very safe in their presence. The massage was amazing! And although I wasn't waiting long, the reception area and the front desk associate were very warm and inviting. I will definitely come back in the future.

I gifted my daughter a treatment for her 23rd birthday. It was an all around great experience. The person that I spoke with on the phone was very helpful with helping me choose the best service for my daughter. The front desk staff was welcoming and professional. The atmosphere was nice and clean. Massage Therapist, Tasha Merriweather was very attentive and professional. My daughter really enjoyed her massage and foot scrub. We will definitely visit again.

I’ve been coming for my prenatal massages and my therapist, Malila has been amazing!!! They’re attentive to all of the areas that has been bothering me during this pregnancy and is super nice. The staff and the atmosphere is absolutely wonderful. My partner just went there for a deep tissue massage and he enjoyed it as well. We will be coming back more services and to definitely for the new dry sauna experience after the pregnancy.

I've visited Mellow Massage on a few occasions and was extremely pleased with the quality of service. However, during my last experience I was somewhat dissatisfied with my service given that it did not meet my standard or expectation for a 90-min "deep-tissue" massage. Following my visit, I received a survey and provided my honest rating- (4/10) based on my experience. The very next day, I received a call from Shauna (the establishment manager) inquiring about my experience and my rating. In general, I'm not one to complain so I wanted to brush the experience off with the hopes of going with a new therapist on my next visit. However, Shauna pleasantly welcomed my feedback. Additionally, she extended to me another (no cost) 90-minute massage with a former therapist that I absolutely enjoyed! Needless to say, I was honored by the gesture. Also, Shauna made several attempts to contact me to extend this offer. I can honestly say that Mellow Massage is a top-notch establishment that puts customer satisfaction at the forefront of their business model. To anyone seeking a high-quality business with integrity, I highly recommend Mellow Massage!!!
