Merrimack Valley Bodywork

I have now had three treatments by Diego and have already seen marked improvement. He always asks about any concerns or focus areas I want to concentrate on at the start of the session and does follow through during the session. I like deep work so am feeling the effects right after the session, but the results are great and lasting. He checks in with you during treatment to make sure you are ok and asks for feedback (more or less pressure). I never feel shorted on my treatment time but he’s always on time (or within 5 mins of my booked time). I am definitely making this a part of my health regimen. Their office/treatment rooms are clean and comfortable. I’ve only worked with Diego but there are several other therapists in the office I’ve heard good things about. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a member for many years now. I have had many appointments with Heather, Diego, and Tasha… they are all professionals and great at their craft. I have left satisfied and relaxed after every massage. I am currently working with Tasha and she has been amazing. She truly listens to what I want to work on, while also having the intuition to know what I need. I would highly recommend booking an appointment with any member at Merrimack Valley Bodywork!

I’ve been a member of MVB for over 3 years now and I have nothing but terrific things to say. Diego has been my primary therapist and has kept me healthy. He helped me recover from a decade of back pain with his magic. Tonight I saw Tasha for the first time and had an incredible experience as well. She has great attention to detail, worked on all of the areas I wanted her to focus on and had great communication through out the whole session about pressure. What an incredible practice of professional and skilled massage therapists. If you are looking for a passionate massage therapist that also has incredible skill set, look no further. Both Diego and Tasha are amazing! So lucky I discovered MVB!

Tasha was incredible! This was my first time coming to Merrimack Valley Bodywork and from the minute I walked in, she made me feel welcome and comfortable. Her pressure was perfect throughout the massage and she even went the extra mile to check if the pressure was okay during my massage. What I appreciated the most was her desire to focus on areas that were in most need during my massage. Before we started she took the time to ask me about my preferences and needs and to my delight, before ending the massage she asked me if there were any places she could spend a bit more time on before wrapping up - INCREDIBLE! I've never had a masseuse put so much care and effort into making my massage spectacular and relaxing. I'll definitely be returning here again and setting up my next massage with Tasha! First appointment with Diego was amazing. He really took the time to understand the areas where I had pain and needed focus. He makes you feel super comfortable and I appreciated his surgical approach to healing the body and how different muscles worked in coordination with each other. Definitely will be back for more sessions!

My husband gave me a gift certificate to Merrimack Valley Bodyworks for my birthday in August and I loved my massage with Tasha so much that I bought a monthly package and have been seeing her ever since. She is awesome and always asks if there are areas you'd like her to target before she starts. I am often times running 5 min late and she always tries to give me my full hour when she doesn't have a client right after me and does an amazing job!!

Diego is phenomenal. He is an outstanding massage therapist because of technical but also listening skills. He’s your partner in terms of supporting your improvement or relaxation. Extremely courteous and friendly too.

Diego and Tasha are amazing!! They’ve both helped me with shoulder and ankle issues on multiple occasions. Can’t recommend them enough.
