The studio is super cozy and aesthetically pleasing. I loved it from the moment I stepped in. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I greatly appreciate the form they send you before your visit, where they ask how you want to communicate. You can opt for the most relaxing option with almost no talking or a more chatty version. For me, it's great to have such a choice. Also, the specialists working there are highly professional. I have visited different therapists (randomly assigned) and was impressed. I believe the studio has high standards for employees.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Loved that when you book the appointment you can choose if you want to chat during the massage or not (I don’t). You can also pre-select how much pressure you like and areas of focus. The studio is beautiful and I felt immediately relaxed as soon as I stepped in. My massage therapist, Leslie, was already at the front desk and ready to take me back. The massage room was very clean and peaceful and the table was super comfortable. I had requested a deep massage and Leslie absolutely delivered. I felt like absolute jello walking out of there in the BEST way possible. Will 100% be back!

Hands down the best experience with Angie. Sometimes going for a massage can be super awkward but she made me feel soooooooo comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation and it didn't feel like we literally just met. She also gave me a really good lymphatic drainage massage. I felt awesome physically and spiritually after it. I highly recommend Angie for your next massage!

I had a wonderful massage with Jane at META. The overall vibe is very relaxing, with soothing music and a calming atmosphere. Jane did a great job working through muscle tension I had. I'll be booking my next session!

I had a massage with Jasmine and it was absolutely wonderful. I rarely fall asleep during massages but I drifted in and out of a peaceful sleep during my session with her. She tailored her treatment to my injury and was very skilled.

Every single massage I’ve had at Meta has been just what I needed - from the peaceful environment of the new space to the expertise of the massage therapists, all of whom are so kind & lovely (Rose is an absolute healer!). Not to mention, Meta’s Friday morning outdoor meditation series is just what my soul needs (views of the Hudson/NYC skyline paired with the gift of introspection). I even treated my mom to a massage for Mother’s Day & the Meta crew gave her such a treat. Run, don’t walk for some body(& soul)work at Meta! You won’t regret it!

Mybess is absolutely amazing and a talented therapist I have ever met. I’ve been working with her for three months, and every session has been incredible. Her massages strike the perfect balance of pressure to relieve tension without causing any pain and brought me incredible relaxation. Her attentive, kind, and relaxing demeanor creates a wonderfully soothing atmosphere. Highly recommend booking with her!
