If you ever have the opportunity to get bodywork from Milo, DO IT! His approach/style is unique. He knows how to read the body extremely well. He’s got great energy too. I’m an LMT of 20+ years and learned a great deal from him. Book him today!

Had my first session today with Milo. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but he was warm and friendly and explained every technique and reason to me as we went through the session. We checked my flexibility at the beginning and compared to the end and I was amazed how much my body had improved in just one hour! I would definitely like more sessions with Milo and highly recommend his bodywork services!

I had two 90-minute sessions with Milo in which he worked my whole body with emphasis on the lower back and shoulders. He did not go easy on my body (in a good way). By the end of each session, my muscles felt activated and he realigned my spine. I felt like I was standing 3 inches taller. Personality-wise, Milo is a delight and created a very comfortable environment.

I saw Milo for the first time yesterday. I’ve had terrible neck and upper back pain for months and after 90 minutes on Milo’s table, I feel like a new man. I was nervous after seeing Milo’s intense YouTube videos, but he put my mind at ease, explaining his process and assessing my problem areas. The massage was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. It was intimate (Milo joins you on the table to get the angles and stretches, using his feet, elbows, knees and other tools) but Milo was incredibly professional and I felt comfortable the whole time. Just communicate how you’re doing and he will listen and adjust. I can’t wait to book my next session and continue healing with Milo.

This was the best massage I've experienced. I've been having sciatic nerve pain. The different forms/styles to reduce the inflammation of the sciatic nerve pain, helped so much. As I told him during the massage, some may feel uncomfortable or awkward of his massage techniques. If they can get pass that they would thank him and continue get his service. I definitely highly recommend Milk to athletics, especially with old injuries, soreness and tightness you just can't get rid of. He is definitely the guy to help with those annoying aches. Thank you again for letting me experience this for the first time. I hope you can come back here to San Diego..

I discovered Milo from his videos on YouTube. I found him searching for massage videos, looking for people who practice deep, Thai massage. I live in Europe, but when I realized I would be in Denver to visit family, I scheduled a two hour appointment with him. He did not disappoint. This was not a Swedish massage but deep body work, not for the faint-of-heart. He was professional and friendly and I will go back if I am ever in Denver again.

I had been going to RMT and Thai massage 2 times a week in Canada, for almost 4-5 years, to help with my locked hips and lower body pain, which was only soothing the issues but never “cured” them. After a friend told me about Milo, I watched his videos on YouTube and knew instantly that he would be the one to “cure” my issues with pain and limited flexibility. On my health and wellness journey before meeting Milo, I learned that my body was the roadmap to all my physical, emotional, and spiritual problems, which is why I knew Milo could help me as he wasn't limited in his approach to healing like the Western RMT/ Thai Massage/ Bodywork framework. I booked 4 consecutive days of 5-hour appointments with Milo, anticipating that the bodywork was going to be unbearably painful, necessary, and ultimately healing, which I was correct about. Upon meeting Milo in person and stepping into his stunning studio, I left all my fears and apprehensions of pain at the door. I put all my trust and faith into him, knowing that the work ahead of me was what I had been seeking and beyond anything I had ever experienced. I strongly believe that personal intention for doing everything is what you get back in life, so I had realistic goals for my bodywork therapy, but I also knew that Milo would be gifted and attuned to a source that would heal me in ways and places I was unaware of, and that he had the years of travel and training working with Elders to apply healing massage techniques that would be next to impossible for me to find in one place, at one time, and with one person. My 4 appointments of 5 hours each day were the best investment I have ever made in my life and health at 35 years of age. I was taken to places physically, emotionally, and spiritually that I had never been to, but again knew I needed. I don't want to describe my experience as it's difficult to put into words, but the only way I think others could understand is if I said that Milo gave me "Spiritual Surgery." Milo is a Master at what he does because it's who he is. He puts all of himself into his work and the connection he made with me and my body was done without words. I trusted him completely and put all my faith into the process of my 4 appointments. Milo was humble, funny, and open. I laughed with him, I cried and bawled my eyes out, and I screamed at the top of my lungs, but it was never because Milo was pushing me past my limits, rather it was my openness and willingness to be healed, which allowed me to process pain and trauma I didn't know was stored in my body. I learned so much from Milo by listening. I learned that until I can enjoy my suffering, I can never truly feel my pain, which will keep me from releasing it. My mental mantra throughout my sessions was, "Pain is my friend" and "I can enjoy my suffering" as I knew the work on Milo's table would not last forever and what felt like unbearable pain, was the door of opportunity to walk through to acknowledge my trauma and finally release it. When I was able to change my mindset based on Milo's teachings and coaching, I felt exhilarated like I've never felt before. Sure, I had pain and bruises from the work, but I felt lighter from having all my physical, emotional, and spiritual blockages removed. I write the word "cured" with quotation marks because I learned from Milo that pain and trauma can be released, but they also come back, so I have to be mindful to keep up with the stretches/ homework Milo gave me to take care of myself. After 4 days and 20 hours with Milo, I can say from the bottom of my heart that Milo "cured" me and gave me the flexibility I haven't had in almost all of my life. The biggest gift and takeaway from my time with him was the fierce connection I now have with myself. I now know who I am and nothing and no one can take that away from me. I believe meeting and working with Milo was a divine intervention to save my life, and I'll forever be appreciative of the humble Master who gave me his all of his time and energy in my appointments so I can finally feel alive. Thank you, Milo!
