I went to Katie because of a long term shoulder injury and ended up doing the full ten series. Katie (and rolfing in general) helped me understand my movement patterns better and the changes it resulted in seem pretty lasting. Throughout the series, I had a ton of random questions about movement and Katie always gave super thoughtful answers that were simplified enough for me to understand and integrate. If you're considering rolfing, definitely make an appointment with Katie!

I am exceedingly thankful for Katie’s care and treatment during the 10’s series. She was kind, professional, and insightful in finding the best solutions for my particular problems. Before discovering Rolfing, I turned to physical therapy, chiropractic, and massage to rehab numerous injuries. While helpful, nothing has given me the immediate and long-lasting results I got from Katie’s treatment. Chronic low back, knee, ankle and shoulder pain have been replaced with increased fluidity, balance and freedom of movement. Amazingly, improvement has continued months after my last treatment. All my activities are more enjoyable because of this and I am excited to take on new challenges because I feel so good.

I absolutely loved working with Katie through the 10 series. She was incredibly kind and attentive. I had not been able to find relief for chronic pain from a knee injury and decided to give Rolfing a try after finding limited improvement from other sources. Throughout the series and after I am finding myself able to regain my old range of motion and work through other pains and injuries from an active lifestyle more easily. From working with Katie my whole body feels stronger and more balance.

I did the 10 series with Katie and it went really well! I have an active lifestyle which has led to regular pain and discomfort throughout my body. Working with Katie was initially enticing because I wanted a change that would stick with me for the long term; not just a temporary bandaid. I enjoyed the assessments at the beginning of each session which seemed to give us both awareness of what need attention that day. Thanks to her work my gait completely changed for the better! I feel like my hips and ankles move more freely and everything feels more fluid. The pain in my lower back and shoulders has subsided significantly! It's no longer a daily battle. I am thankful for all the improvements Katie's work has had on my overall health.

I came to Katie after the 2021 Fire season with my body full of aches, pains, and injuries. Some of these injuries have been life long from college rugby and many other outdoor sports that occupy my life. One of the injuries that bothered me most were from a recent ankle injury including strained tendons from a backcountry wildfire a long with some knee issues. I had reoccurring lock jaw 4x a week where my jaw would tense, lock, than pop painfully from my early days of boxing. I had dislocated my right shoulder a handful of times where I could barely raise it above my head. My right achilles tendon was also becoming very tight and painful. On top of that my neck took a lot of abuse in rugby so it has also been hard to turn my neck without hearing it grind and crackle. After doing a 10 set with Katie and learning how to bring awareness to my body I have none of these issues anymore. I am 27 years old and I feel like an extremely healthy 27 year old now thanks to Katie. I can continue on with with my lovely outdoor lifestyle without any aches and pains as I please. I highly recommend Katie to anyone who is dealing with pain or even just interested in learning more about their body. - Thanks again Katie

Katie is fantastic! I had some pretty bad neck pains and knots in my neck from a car accident last winter. Massages and the chiropractor gave some temporary relief but the 10 session with Katie was the only the thing that straightened me out and gave me what feels like a permanent fix! It’s been about 3 months since I had my last session and the knots in my neck are long gone. I sleep better and no longer get headaches! Thanks Katie!

After dealing with persistent back pain I decided to book the 10 series of Rolfing. From the first session I started to notice immediate improvements with the alignment and balance of my whole body. Katie took the time to answer all my question and focus on my individual needs. She creates a great relaxing atmosphere for recovery. I will definitely return to Moab Rolfing for any future aches and pains.
