Mobility in Massage

I cannot recommend Aubrey enough. She is highly skilled and deeply caring. Aubrey took time to understand my specific issues, using techniques that were targeted and therapeutic. She provided immediate relief and invaluable at-home advice and exercises, tailored to address the root cause of the pain. I am grateful for her expertise and genuine care.

Aubrey is an exceptional massage therapist! I'm constantly impressed by her skill in tending to my body's needs, whether it's for neck pain, TMJ, plantar fasciitis, lower back pain, sciatic pain, pulled muscles, and more. I'm amazed by her understanding of the human body and her ability to effectively tackle all of them. What sets her apart is not just her ability to address these issues during our sessions, but also her dedication to providing practical exercises and advice for at-home care. Aubrey is amazing! Not only is the massage great but she genuinely tries to help with whatever you're dealing with. I broke my hand a couple years back but I still had pain a year after and I haven't recovered full mobility in my wrist. My first visit she helped me with my hand and wrist and gave me some exercises to do. After the massage and consistently doing the exercises, the pain in my hand disappeared. I immediately knew that Aubrey was special and raved to my family and friends about her. We're still working on the mobility in my wrist but she's helped me so much already. I also occasionally had bouts of not sleeping well and my back keeping me up at night. She'd help with that and I'd have the best sleep after visiting her. Though I need to keep up w/ the stretches that she suggests. I highly, highly recommend seeing her! She has a great personality and genuinely cares about your health and needs.

I went in for my initial visit last week and I can honestly say I haven’t felt this good in a long long time. I can raise my arm all the way over my head without the pain I’ve been experiencing for about a year. My hip, which was more my issue, feels immensely better. Aubrey did an incredible job making them even again. She also helped me pinpoint where the pain is stemming from, as well as providing the stretch and exercise I need to address the root cause. I’ll be going in again next month, but I already feel so happy about the progress Aubrey made in just the first session and the education she provided. While she’s humble and unassuming, Aubrey is an incredibly talented and gifted healer.

Such a wonderful experience in many different ways. Aubrey is unlike any other massage therapist that I’ve been to. The stretches and mobility assessment that she does is just as great as the massage. I enjoyed her energy and the comfortability I felt during my appointment! Thank you!

Aubrey is extremely knowledgeable and asks questions to determine the best treatment. She is trained to use a wide range of methods. During massage she is able to find the areas most in need of work and focuses on them. Very skilled and personable.
