Adrienne of Mobility & Recovery Massage is extremely professional and skilled. She takes the time to listen and understand the needs of each client and utilizes multiple techniques to achieve balance, relaxation and recovery. I myself am a spa professional and Adrienne is who I refer all my clients to for massage because she is simply the best.

I've received several awesome massages from Adrianne. She is always able to fix my back/legs/shoulders and uses many different techniques to maximize her effectiveness. Very experienced Masseuse. I have been super stressed and noticed my body holding that stress in my neck and shoulder area. My first massage was beyond amazing. Felt the tension release and found that blissful state. I have now been booking a monthly massage. There’s a huge difference when you book with the same masseuse and they start to know and understand your body. Adrienne is a wonderful therapist. She’s highly talented. Adrienne has hands of magic! She works wonders on not only myself but my husband as well. She has helped relieve so much of my back pain. She relieves pain from areas of my body that I didn't even know were hurting until after she works on me and I feel so much better. I will recommend her to everyone, hands down.

Adrienne was awesome she really listened to feedback when it came to pressure that I needed etc. Had all the tools necessary from cupping to graston and everything inbetween would most definitely recommend anyone to use her especially for sports massages!

For all my weight lifting friends and athletic people. That are looking for a great deep tissue and sports massage. I highly recommend. By far the best massage I have had in a long time. I have noticed my lifts are increasing and I have less tightness in my muscles.
