Moon roof is where its at. Tuesday nights are super fun. But really, any time the drinks are flowing, it is all good.

Awesome, totally chilled-out place! Especially great in the spring and summer! You can relax and grab a quick drink here in the afternoon or come later in the evening when the crowds pick up more. They have live music some nights and trivia or other activities as well. It feels like a place that would be at the beach.

Moon Roof Bar... First ... What I don't like... It's a very small venue with tall tables crowded together. It fills up quickly. Also, no matter where you sit, you are very close to the live music, so it's really loud and incredibly difficult to converse with others. There's only one poor bartender trying to serve about 30 people or so in a cramped space -- you might wait a while to get a drink or food service. What I do like... On a nice evening with the large windows thrown open, you can sit back, enjoy the weather and listen to an awesome local musician in a unique (to Rome, Ga.) environment. The bar is accessible through the restaurant or a staircase in the parking lot behind Harvest Moon. What I'm still confused about... Whether I needed to pay to park or not. Apparently the City of Rome has a thing about posting their pay-to- park policy near the collection machine. There have been rather recent changes to the Downtown parking policy. Since I don't visit Broad St. Often, I am unfamiliar. Also, the area around the collection machine is poorly lit, and its use is not clear. If you park behind Harvest Moon, be sure you know your car tag because the new parking system requires you to enter it in the machine. What I loved... The music! Drew Ashworth performed the night I visited. Very talented performer/songwriter. He will perform at the Roof again January 2021. You should take a listen.

Loved the appetizers and hamburger we ordered. But the appetizers were brought out at the same time as our meal. We came on a Tuesday night, karaoke, woohoo. We were the oldest ones there, but not made to feel out of place; we were accepted & asked back. Luke was great, but karaoke was not organized, no rotation as with other kjs. But then he was having to take & make drink orders, look up songs for 1 person while getting a song going for another person. For Luke as a person .

If you want to go there just for a quick beer its fine. If you want to go for a quick beer and apps, not so good. Very limited. Cool patio just lacks the ambiance it deserves.

Cool spot in downtown room. The bartender server we had. Did a good job. The food was only okay.
