Moroccan Hammam & Day SPA

My sister and I wanted a new spa experience on our recent visit to Jax Beach. We decided to give the Moroccan Hammam & Day Spa a try based on its reviews. What an incredible experience!! While the spa is located in a plaza, once you open the door you enter into a peaceful sanctuary. We both had the Luxury Detox which included a massage, steam, sea salt scrub and mud treatment. The massage was very relaxing and was an upgrade from a typical massage. The sea salt scrub, mud body wrap and steam room were such unique treatments my skin has never felt so soft. We finished off our time in the tearoom, with complimentary tea and delicious fruit. The staff went above and beyond! From the from desk to all the service providers, everyone exceeded our expectations. We even had a chance to talk to the new owner, Molly, who runs a top notch business. Everyone at the Moroccan Hammam and Day Spa made our experience exceptional!!

Used a Groupon for a customized facial with microderm. It was okay. I wouldn’t pay full price to have another one here. I didn’t get any evaluation of my skin, no recommendations for skin care, no preparation of what was next or about to be used on me, massage or any of the treatments, facial portion didn’t include the décolleté, sub par aesthetician. I did used to be a licensed aesthetician, so I do know what to expect, a lot of people don’t, but there should’ve been a lot more here, like, a lot more. Pretty atmosphere, the music didn’t match what you expect to feel-the immersion into the specific region. Traditional music should be played. I can get the meditation channel at massage envy or anywhere else around town. I came here for the Moroccan experience.. Glad I got the Groupon.. pricy and would have been asking for a refund if I paid full price. This was supposed to grab my attention. Instead, I won’t be back.

My visit to the spa was nothing short of disappointing and felt like a complete waste of both time and money. The atmosphere was dull and uninspired, lacking any sense of luxury or relaxation. Instead of the deep tissue massage I had requested, I ended up with a very gentle touch that didn't meet my needs at all. Despite asking three times for the treatment I wanted, the therapist seemed hesitant to make the necessary adjustments. To add to my frustration, the waiting area was uninviting, and the amenities appeared neglected, further contributing to the overall lackluster experience. The office staff did try to make amends by offering a bottle of body wash, but it hardly compensated for the disappointment. The serene environment was overshadowed by my feelings of unease and disillusionment, highlighting the stark contrast between my expectations and the reality of the situation.

I have never been disappointed in any of my facial services! It’s been an outstanding service and more! I am glad I found this gem. Although now is being run by new management than when I first started, they didn’t disappoint. They kept the service and product in all excellence and I will be returning as satisfied customer.. Arumy, who did my Cleopatra Facial, is a great asset to their team and was wonderful in making sure I was pampered like a STAR!!!

I booked a 2 hour experience which included a 1-hour facial and 1-hour massage. Both treatments were fantastic. Arumy was very knowledgeable and provided a relaxing facial. My face feels and looks fantastic. Carolann worked wonders with her massage. Perfect pressure. Overall, the spa atmosphere is relaxing and well thought out. Highly recommend

A++++++ & 100 Star service. I've been looking for Hammans ever since my stay in Turkey and I am so glad that they finally have one in Jax! Hammans are the fountain of youth when it comes to anti aging and this spot is the place to be for all your body and facial treatments. Im going on 40 and still get carded for liquor. This is the only place i have gone to that ive actually felt the radio frequency machine working and the Owner is phenomenal. I could go on and on raving about this place but will just end with military discounts coming soon!

Carolann was awesome. She worked out the knots in my neck and sciatica pain on my right side. Hilda massaged my husband. It was worth it. I got off the table feeling like a brand new person. Go here. You will not regret it. Also, this was our anniversary gift from us to us, so that was nice as well.

I recently visited the Moroccan Hammam & Day spa and was completely blown away with the services I received by Elizabeth. She was extremely knowledgeable about different skin care products and skin types. While performing the service she also advised me on the best products to use for long term skin care. If you’re looking for superb service in a relaxing crowd-free environment this is the place for you!!! High recommend and can’t wait for my next experience ❤️
