Don't waste your enjoyment here. We went specifically to karaoke. We were told we cannot sing any hard metal, rap, or inappropriate music. (Inappropriate....?) I figured I was singing for me... Not the case. That's why you have a failing establishment with 5 patrons inside.

Been going here for over a year. The atmosphere is awesome and very relaxed. No troublemakers or riff Raff. Bill, The owner and bartender is very respectful. For the people that do not like this establishment are only looking for trouble. And the owner will not cater to that. Great place! And will continue to go.

One time I went to this bar and it was real nice. I sometimes like to eat potato chips by myself in the daytime. When I do, I get really thirsty and have to go to the bathroom. If you think you want to have one, then go ahead and do it. I know you’re going to a real good job and I hope you have a real fun time.

If you’re going to have a “favorite” Pub, this is the one to have! It was mine then and it’s mine still. Awesome owners, super friendly atmosphere, great food, great patrons and fun, fun times. It’s a place you can feel comfortable and safe in, because when it comes to trouble makers, they have never let that behavior fly. If you aren’t there for a happy, friendly time, you gotta go. “You don’t have to go home, but you can’t stay here!” LOL I frequented Peabodys from 1980 to 1999, ( when I moved out of state), and it will ALWAYS be a part of me and some of the “best of times” memories I have ever made. From great friendships to bowling league to softball, karaoke and 25 cent hot dogs on Saturday (now I’m really telling my age! LOL) I never ever had a bad experience. I’m so happy to see that they’ve continued to grow and are even better than before. I might be stopping in for a new t- shirt this summer! I hope I get to see my buddies Bill and John while I’m there. I MISS y’all!

I've been here a few times. We enjoyed the karaoke, had a drink or two... or three. I had never read the reviews before, but after reading them, I HAVE to go back soon and make a point of meeting the owner. I've laughed my butt off and have to meet him. He's Freaking Awesome!!!! I do have a question to ask as well. When would be a good time to call. Wouldn't want to call at a bad or busy time.

I’ll start by saying I’ve been to Cleveland a total of 3 times in my life. The first time was about 4 years ago, and my friend brought me and several others to this bar. I had no expectations. Ended up having a grand ol’ time listening to karaoke and chatting. There was quite a bit of political paraphernalia, which I found hilarious. The next day, another Peabody’s first-timer in our group told me to check out the reviews and the owner’s responses. I couldn’t stop reading and laughing about how he put people in his place and at the “Snowflake” remarks. The next time I came to town, I decided that I needed to go back and meet the owner, Bill. That occurred, and we had a fun, delightful conversation about lots of different things. I’m now in Cleveland for a third time, and of course I went out of my way to come back. This time, a year or two later, Bill remembered me (kinda) and we had another fun 1-2 hour conversation during which we attempted to solve the world’s problems. Even though I don’t agree with most of his political views, he is very welcoming and I recommend that any open-minded, non-Snowflake people visit this bar. Fun atmosphere and nice people.

Karaoke on a Saturday night, did NOT disappoint. Bill knows his stuff, and can also hold a tight tune! We closed the place down. 5 songs in 1 night is a new record for me, haha!

It is a true dive bar just like you would expect. Taking you back to the 1980s and earlier than that. If you like people watching this is the place.
