So awesome.. all the masseuse are amazing.. I took my brother from New Jersey here and he rated it above anything he found there! They always listen to what you want and I always come back sooo relaxed! Thanks Mu Lan Foot Spa!

I came here for 15+ times at least for past few years and it seems like today is my last time to come here and no more again. Mulan is not the best massage in the area but fair massage place for me so far. Today I made appointment for combo massage. It seems like all of masseuse were busy and owner actually did a massage for me. What he’ve done was just pinching or pushing me so hardly. I kept told him it hurts and less pressure please. Then for next few seconds, he did lesser pressure and went back to strong pinching after. Few calling to store during massage and he just answered by one hand and massaged me by the other hand. Three times he left me because either other customer walked in, asked for availability or paid their massage. I only got foot and back massage and no leg because he asked me to move to chair massage. Of course I did not get entire 60 mins massage due to his leaving and still paid 20% tips. Be aware they won’t be happy with 20% tip. They have a tip guideline on the desk and it was 20% tip with unhappy face and 40% tip with happy face. Additionally, my friend also disappointed because masseuse seems she did not even know how to begin or do massage. She was busy at watching how other masseuse do and tried to follow. I see their masseuse were changed so often but they really need to modify their system or skills.

Love this place. I was so grateful for the massage, I gave my massager what I paid for massage as a tip and he was trying to refuse it. Great service, humble workers just trying to do their best. Amazing massages and love their set up. I hope to get in tonight. Would rather go here than any of the ones closer to my home.

It used to be a nice place but from last 2-3 times it is horrible place. They don’t know how to massage they put bruises on my husband back. He is suffering from a really bad back pain. Instead of getting relax he is suffering from back pain now. He can’t even move his shoulders. Owner is so rude we were in the massage room he just come instead and start talking to his employees. Bad customer service. Just be very careful if anyone goes there as it become pain soon instead of relaxing spot.

I have been coming here for years. I always get the 60 minute combo. Tonight I splurged and did a 2 hour full body with Judy and it was seriously the best massage I have ever had anywhere. I left feeling SO good. Thank you Judy

Massage was okay but the owner was very disrespectful. We were talking in the quietest tone as possible while the owner was watching videos in full volume. Owner came over and told us to be quiet as there were other customers. The owner then proceeds to watch videos on the phone in full volume... When we requested for a another massager as one of our other friends was coming too, the massager said “sure, more are upstairs” yet the owner comes over again and shushed the massager and told us that no more massager is available? When we were leaving, the owner even asked us to give more tips as we gave too little? We offered a 15% tip at first and he stopped us from leaving and told us to give more tips?? Never coming back again…

Love this place. Excellent massage. Will definitely return. The two comments. A lot of loud talking next door. We are there to relax and not listening to stories. Also, the door was partially opened. I felt somehow uncomfortable.

So relax, good technique, felt better after the services, afordable price ! Will come back !
