Mudrock's Tap & Tavern

Stopped by for the breakfast biscuit sandwiches. The bacon egg and cheese was good, nothing special, but good. The breakfast menu looks good and reasonably priced, so I'll have to come back for that and update my rating. Update: Stopped by for a couple of burgers. Beer was served super cold which was great. The burgers were so so. They didn't ask how we wanted the burgers, and they came well done. I'm not too picky so it's fine with me, but probably important to note for some. The fries were fine, and the green chili was actually quite good. Still overall pretty average, so leaving my rating at a 3. But, the beer selection is nice and pretty averagely priced. Update 2: Ordered the Colorado burger and Wild BBQ burger. Both were quite good. The mac and cheese was decent, I prefer the green chili. The flights are a good deal at a $7 flat rate.

We always have a great experience at Mudrocks! The food is good, service is friendly. A great place to go if you just want a quick bite, but never feel rushed out the door if you want to stay and watch the game or hang out! Trivia nights are fun whether you want to participate or just listen in for a bit!

We highly recommend this place!! Their Draft Beer menu is seriously impressive, the burgers are AMAZING and the atmosphere during a CU game was really fun. Will 1,000% come again soon!

Go next door to Murdock as the Biscuit Bar is there now. Latte was lukewarm but the server brought me a hot one. Service was good. Bathrooms are newly redone and very nice I enjoyed my breakfast very much.

Terrific staff, good food & drink specials. Always taken care of here! One of the photos is to show the size of the half (!) portion nachos on happy hour. Enormous.

The service and waitresses and waiter service was uneventful and I felt very displeased and discriminated and all i wanted was a beer and they wouldn’t give me a beer when I ordered one. Wish the service was better and that they were more attentive towards their customers At Mudrocks tap and tavern Louisville CO. Servers name was Brenda and she was very Rude and I’ll take my business elsewhere next time and won’t go back

Very good! Typical American bar, great burgers, wings, etc. The fish tacos were awesome! Everything tasted amazing- this was an unexpected surprise! Staff was also especially upbeat and friendly.

Great place to catch a game paired with a delicious burger and a beer. Awesome service and atmosphere as well.
