Excellent massage, thank you Maria!!! She listened to what my needs were and addressed them. The body scrub and warm towels were so soothing and relaxing. I highly recommend this place.

I went for a couples massage here. Only speaking on behalf of my experience, not my partners. Helen was the woman who was assigned to massage me. She made me extremely uncomfortable with the words and tone she chose to use during my massage. She said things (verbatim) like “Relax. I’m not going to bite you” when she felt I apparently wasn’t relaxing my shoulders enough. This was said twice for both shoulders. She seemed annoyed whenever I asked to change the amount of pressure she was using. She did not focus at all on my lower back, where I stated I had the most pain. The massage she did on my upper back was very interrupted and fair at best. The final straw for me was when she was getting agitated and annoyed at me that I wasn’t moving my leg down slow enough in this apparent hip release thing she was trying to do. After the third time of me trying to do this she became louder with her tone and clearly irritated at me to “GO SLOWER” with my leg (no joke) and I had literal tears in my eyes from the way she was talking to me. I stopped the massage then and there at 60 min (was supposed to be 90). I didn’t want her touching me anymore. Who wants to stop a massage? Clearly someone who is uncomfortable with the way they are being, touched, “treated” and talked too. There were red flags from the beginning that I wish I would have walked out even sooner. Helen was dumbfounded I wanted to leave and instead of asking how to make me more comfortable or even offering an apology-she gaslighted me to make me feel like I was the problem and she was doing nothing wrong. Hoping maybe after seeing this review they might change how they speak with their clients. I can’t believe this experience I had. I was far from impressed and will not be back.

I called to see if they could accommodate a bridal party for massages. When she awnsered the phone she was very friendly but when I mentioned I was looking to book 5 massages, the tone in her voice changed dramatically and told me they only have 2 therapists. I said ok no problem, I've never came to you guys so I was just curious. And she kept silent ... Due to the lack of professionalism & manorism over the phone, I'll never visit nor call again!

Helen has a great place and my wife really enjoys going there to have a massage and nails done. She offers great packages for gifts for loved ones. She also is great at massage and stress relief. Anyone who is looking for a relaxing break or just to have a little pampering should go to Natures Healing!

Helen and Maria are absolutely amazing. My husband and I have been going to them for many many years and we would never go anywhere else. Not only are they amazing and sweet ladies, but they seriously have magic hands!!!

Finally! A person who can address my piraformis muscle aches. Maria is a VERY capable therapist who enjoys her job, and it translated to a great massage for me. The cold stone treatment was unique and helped. The spa atmosphere was really nice and relaxing.

Where do I start this review? This 'spa' had so many things that needed to be changed! First of all, there are 2 massage tables in one room, which was the same for the esthetic room. I love my daughter-in-law, but I do NOT want to have a massage and/or facial at the same time, in the same room with her! The massage therapist I had was horrible. When I told her she was going too deep, her comment to me was "I don't read minds, you need to tell me if I'm going too deep"! Lady, I told you at least 10 times you were going too deep! Her attitude was horrible. I heard from my granddaughter that she kept asking her questions about her job (my granddaughter works in a spa); you don't ask your client questions during a massage! That's their time to be pampered and relax! As far as the facial went, my technician had wonderful hands (although I don't remember her introducing herself to me); however, I've worked in this industry for over 15 years and have NEVER had a facial without steam. In the "relaxation room" where they ask you to sit afterwards is too cold and the water feature is so loud you can't hear yourself think! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I read the previous reviews before going to this salon and agree with Jenna(?), I think the owner wrote them herself...AND I have NEVER been charged prior to an appointment! Asking for a credit card to 'hold' the reservation is customary, but you should only be charged if you don't show up for the appointment!
