May just gave me one of my best swedish massage ever! Thank you. Nice prices. Very professional, very relaxing and super really kind! Clean and pretty place. I recommend it and I'll come back!

The manager ran a whole street after me to force me give more tip, she didn’t let me go and I wad 100% uncomfortable!! I didn’t like the massage, my neck hurts and the massage was really really soft even though I asked to press harder .. yet I didn’t complain because the woman was nice. But the manager questioning me on the street next to my car was super awkward and unprofessional, she made me feel guilty for paying low tip even though it was an expensive service for something I didn’t like. How do you expect me to come back or recommend it to other people??

I got a couple's massage this weekend and I feel like I was let down. I love Thai massage which is why I came to this spa. However, it was a very unprecedented experience because usually at a spa I am asked about what kind of massage I want, if there are any medical injuries I have, if there are parts of the body I want to focus on...and I was asked none of these questions. I got a really soft feeling Swedish massage when I was really looking forward to a more traditional Thai massage, which is really what I needed and was hoping for. I was not asked if the pressure was okay or really any questions before or during the process. My girlfriend's masseuse was coughing a lot and I'm pretty sure she got her sick. I'd be happy to give them a second chance, but it seems like the only way to reach them is by phone or the chat option on their website, where someone responds and gives you an email that doesn't work and the same phone number on their website.

It's not easy to find a good let alone great massage place. Well, finally I've found one I can always go to now! Massage was really amazing and did areas I asked (shoulders and arms) with great precision. I was very sore from the gym so it was extra painful but so worth it. Staff was very friendly and asked for pressure feedback during massage while me and wife were being massaged in same room. Prices are also very good. Going to come back for 90min massage next time! Felt really relaxed afterwards. Highly recommended!

I've been coming to Nature's moon over 2 years now. Very nice, polite, and professional staff. On my last visit the masseuse was Cindy, she was good at finding knots and stress areas and massaging them out. The new massage tables are great!

After months, we came to this place last week with my friend. Linda and Megan are the best! Usually get a massage a couple times a month and been to so many locations. This is the best massage I have ever had in my life.I am definitely coming back here.

Just had an amazing experience at this massage and spa. The property is spotless and clean. The staff is so friendly and kind. And the massage technicians know everything to do. It was such a nice relaxing massage. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend this establishment.
