If you're looking for a bar with attitude, come here. Bartenders are extremely rude and salty about having to actually work. Definitely doesn't fit with the "tiki bar" vibe, which you would assume as laid back, chill, and welcoming. This is not that bar. P.S. there are no beers or fruit juice mixers.

This is a super fun tiki bar and has been transformed into a Christmas tiki bar during the holidays. Vibe is very fun, and so are the drinks. Each Christmas cocktail comes its own unique glass/mug. Drinks were very good

Great atmosphere inside and very inviting. It was Christmas theme bc of the time of the year we went and even had festive drinks with their own glasses. Unfortunately they were out of steam buns when I went around 4pm and I didn't get to try them. The two Christmas drinks were great if not a tad pricey. Definitely will come back

I recently visited Navy Strength Tropical Bar for happy hour and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. We ordered the nachos, expecting a tasty treat to accompany our drinks. However, what we received was far from satisfying. The nachos were cold, which was a major letdown. The cheese, which seemed to come from a pump, lacked flavor and had an unappetizing texture. It definitely did not live up to the quality we were hoping for. The service did not help improve our experience either. The staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, which added to the overall disappointing atmosphere of our visit. In summary, our happy hour at Navy Strength Tropical Bar was quite underwhelming. Cold nachos with subpar cheese and unfriendly service made for a sad and forgettable outing. I hope they can improve their food quality and service in the future.

We went for the Sippin Santa Christmas pop-up bar. The decorations are fun. The food took a long time. As anticipated the drinks are expensive $18-$24 a cocktail. This was expected, what wasn’t expected and the reason for the low rating is I wasn’t told a 20% service charge was automatically added to the bill. I generously tipped without knowing this so my already expensive drinks turned ridiculous. Anytime a restaurant or bar automatically adds a tip, they typically call it out to avoid this kind of problem.

This place had great service for years but our last two visits were terrible. No one came to take our order after sitting down. It took 25 min to get a drink when no one else was in the restaurant. Not sure what’s going on with this place, but it’s unfortunate. It use to be a great late night spot. They still keep the amazing atmosphere alive. That’s really the only positive thing I have to say about our experience.

Could've been a cool spot but not at all what we expected. Wife and I like tiki bars so we wanted to stop by here on a way to a show. Pros: - Good, prompt service - Cool cups Cons: - Drinks are so-so, nothing special. My wife didn't even finish hers. - Drink selection was tiny compared to other tiki bars - Overpriced for what it is ($60 for 2 drinks). When we saw the prices we thought maybe the size of the drinks would be bigger but it's regular bar size. - Automatic 20% tip added for a party of 2(seriously?) Will not be returning.
