Neutral Massage and Wellness

Emily at Neutral Massage and Wellness was the first service I booked after moving a week ago. She is fantastic at finding those trigger points and releasing all of your tension! I used to have regular medical massages, but it’s been 7 years since I found someone else this good. She makes you feel at ease and will cater to exactly what your needs are. Lower back pain had been the bane of my existence for a good chunk of my late 20s and I knew I had to so something about it. Over the course of our work together, Emily has been helping me navigate my body on my road of healing. I've been taught to be mindful of my body and even learned to recognize signs that in the past I would just chalk up to fatigue. Now I'm standing up straighter,stretching more mindfully and overall in a much better place since coming to Emily. The lower back pain is now some days a minor ache I can take care of before our next session! I cannot stress enough how even after one session,you will learn so much and you're body will be so much better for it. Book while you can,spots fill up quick!

Emily is a miracle worker. Seeing her monthly is a necessity for my self care and all the stress I carry in my neck and back. I have yet to meet another masseuse like her - her technique is impeccable and her expertise and experience evident. Plus, she's a wonderful, caring human being. This is a business owner who earns your business with high quality services. Highly recommend.

I so look forward to my massages with Emily! She is incredibly knowledgeable and loves to educate/teach if you’re interested in learning. Her approach is very different to the typical Thai therapeutic massages that I get in that she focuses more on releasing tension/knots/tightness without super deep pressure. It has been incredibly effective for me and worth the price 🙂

Oh my Gosh, Im so glad I came in to get some excellent body work. I thought I was in line for some standard issue massage, but no, this was so much more! Emily’s understanding of the body, how it moves and what to do with something not working right is amazing. She used tools, cups, and topicals that helped so much more than I thought they would. My shoulders and back feel excellent, and I can’t wait to get more care!

Emily has changed my life. After years of back pain we figured out half of the issue was my legs. I’ve been going consistently for almost a year and have recommended both my mom and my best friend. If you want a relaxing massage she does those, but if you’re looking for more therapeutic intense relief she is AMAZING.

Emily is a talented and knowledgeable massage therapist who makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. She explains clearly what she's doing and why throughout, which really helped me better understand my body and the process.
