New Orleans Drink Lab

We participated in the New Orleans Drink Lab Makings of Mixology class. It was a fun time with lots of history of 3 classic New Orleans drinks (Sazerac, French 75, Hurricane) and how to make them. The different techniques for making drinks were explained and how the use of fresh ingredients can take a cocktail from good to great. If you’re interested in mixology, whether beginner or experienced, this is a great class.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience at Nola Drink Lab!!! Our group was blown away by the whole experience. Camille did an excellent job at educating us on the art of making drinks. She makes the class fun and interactive. Do yourself a favor and book a class NOW!! You won’t regret it and your friends/family will be talking about this experience forever!! 10/10 on the recommendation! Looking forward to booking again!

This was one of the best group activities I’ve ever done. Camille was an amazing teacher - fun, engaging, knowledgeable. We learned a lot (and enjoyed some amazing cocktails in the process!). Would absolutely do another class and 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for something cool to do in New Orleans!

Such a fun class! We went for my bachelorette party and the owner of the bar downstairs/drink lab taught it. She was wonderful, so entertaining and knowledgeable. The aesthetics of the room added to the fun. We made three signature Nola drinks and took a fun shot at the end. My group had a lot of fun and learned so much about the history of New Orleans cocktails. 10/10 definitely recommend especially for a group or even a couple!

My kids gave us this as a Father Day present, it was Incredible. Atmosphere made it like you were back in time. History lessons led right into learning how to make 4 different drinks. Cant wait to try these out on our friends at home.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Drink Lab Nola! From the communication to the day of our event it was a pleasure. We had a party of 20 celebrate our Dental Office Christmas party here and we had such an amazing time. To start Jay our drink instructor was very entertaining, knowledgeable and fun. Camille is a treasure and very accommodating to all our crazy ideas and change-ups 🙂 What she has done with this place is absolutely amazing with keeping the New Orleans atmosphere alive. I highly recommend doing a mixology class here for your office, girls/guys night or even just a intimate date night!! Its really a great place!!

We did the Drink Lab cocktail making class upstairs first and it was AMAZING and worth the money! The history and education that are included with the class are A1. We had such a great time during the class that we spent the rest of the evening downstairs at Baroness of Baronne. All of the food, drinks, shots (gas mask shot) were great! GO!

If you find yourself in NOLA I truly recommend you attend this cocktail class. Not only do you experience making some authentic New Orleans cocktails but you learn the history of how they came to be.. and once you are there make sure you visit Barrones the bar downstairs for Some great drinks… you truly won’t regret this experience
