New Orleans Original Daiquiris

My favorite fruity daiquiri is TROPICAL ITCH… I have been coming here for some years and they are one of the best daiquiri shops in Baton Rouge!! And did I mention there’s a drive through window!!

Greeted with "is this to go"? I am standing in an empty during an LSU game alone. I ask are you only serving to go? (Since the bar is empty, only for an attidue response) " no, said is this for here or to go? That my friend leaves only one answer. You are alone for a reason and my money will spend everywhere you are not working. Thar said we took our business to go and will not return. Scott, you should have never sold out.

When my Daughter comes down fr home near Pittsburgh, PA. Her loving husband, my wonderful son-n-law It's a given nothing starts til after him or Neice Haley go here this location every time to order Many Delicious Daquiri's first. I always come here and receive great customer service, however I guess the cashier/bartender that was there today didn’t want to work on this beautiful Sunday. She gave us a hard time in the drive thru stating she needed both mine and the passengers Id for one medium daiquiri. I told her the daiquiri was mine (the passenger) but she stated she needed both, cool no problem. We drove around and I came inside alone. I gave her my id for the SECOND time now because she didn’t check in the drive thru (I GUESS well that’s what she stated but she checked it enough to notice the driver ID had just expired on yesterday) my thing is this handing my id over for an age check was never the problem but if that’s protocol do that EACH time and check correctly like the other locations (WITH YOUR SCANNER and not your eyes) it’s crazy to have an attitude with a customer supporting your business. She ( I wish I had her round face name) needs a class in customer service. A smile goes a long way. Blessings to the energy she took in slamming the mixer, the cup and forcing the lid on. Going forward we will go to other locations who ALWAYS have smiling faces and good vibes.

Twice now deliberately ignored in drive thru on Hwy 42… straight up looked me in the face and turned away.. it’s ok, Rousses next door has blender mix and it’s cheaper anyway since rude girl working here didn’t want my money.. you work for tips right??? Owner needs to know she’s turning away sales..

Bartender had horrible personality the other day and it's been two years since I've visited but it's never been like that so, if anyone else ends up there with her, just know that she won't last long bc the people I know that go there spend a lot of money and WILL not tolerate it. Awesome Daiquiri drinks!!
