New Orleans Original Daiquiris

my boyfriend went here to buy me a daiquiri with my refillable cup, the refill cup total is $5 but i add an extra shot in there which makes it $7 . we live in the area so we go here pretty often, my boyfriends card was charged the $7 he signed and left “no tip” only to later see that his card had an updated charge from $7 to $10. the manager gave me a phone call and was extremely rude she did not even fully let me speak to let her know what was going on. she said that the last four digits of the card number did not match the one she sees on record and that the numbers i kept saying was from a card that hadn’t been used since “2023” and i tried several times to explain to her that this specific card with the numbers i was telling her was used THREE TIMES just THIS WEEK ALONE!!! i was saying i had screenshots and that i could show or email her the proof and she would not listen to anything i was trying to say i eventually got annoyed with her not wanting to figure out my problem or even just accommodate me at all so i hung up on her. long story short the bartenders at this location put in their OWN tips on your card AND the management is unprofessional and RUDE and will not help you have any understanding or come to a common ground in the matter. just go to spankys or any other daiquiri shop in town .

I got a Togo daiquiri, so I'm not sure about food. Peach Bellini is my absolute favorite! Service is always with a smile 😉 ty ladies!

I have been at this location a couple times. I looked this last time the best. First, the place did not smell like alcohol that had been sitting too long. It actually smelled clean. That drew me in immediately. I like the flavors. I tried a new mixture called Barbie Gurl. It consisted of pina colada, strawberry, peach bellini, and crawgator. It mixed so well. I drink half of it before I realized to take a picture. I would definitely order that again since I got the extra large. Also, the young gentleman that was behind the counter was so nice, personable, and professional. He explained what the drinks were and how strong they were.

Well, it used to be a nice spot. I bought a gallon today and the black female with the braids had a nasty attitude! The new workers coming in need to go. If you dont like people, you should not apply for customer service positions!!!!

I mean it's a daiquiri shop what do you expect but it's pretty quiet and they actually have a few games in the back. New Orleans daiquiri always has a more grown-up feel to it than some other daiquiri shops in Baton Rouge

I went in on 06/25 around 2:30 pm. The employee behind the counter was talking on the phone via AirPods. I ordered a gallon of pina colada and a medium margarita. When I arrived home I was surprised to find I received a very runny, unfrozen gallon of STRAWBERRY daiquiri. I would recommend for the employee to stay off the phone and complete the orders sufficiently.

I gave a 3 for the daiquiri it was ok, but see the worker that was in there yesterday when we stopped by was really rude, had a boot in her mouth when we walked in the door so she was obviously already angry about something and took it out on her customers which is so unprofessional. This was my first time experiencing her and her bad energy and we come quite often.. Your employees are the face of your business, it would be nice to make sure they are at least friendly you know a people person!! We asked for 2 extra shots before we could tell her of what she was already adding something she chose to the cup then added our eggnog daiquiri to the shots and didn't even blend it together for us. Etc but you get the dift..

My son was visiting from San Diego. He had his first New Orleans daiquiri today. Our server was very helpful and help him decided which he wanted by giving him samples. He enjoy it immensely.
