Nirvana Massage

Belinda gave me one of the best 60-minute massages I’ve ever had, which would cost over $100-120 (before tip) anywhere else. I was extremely happy to pay $70 upfront and tip $30 for the luxury spa quality massage I got (zero pressure from Belinda to tip). I didn’t have any of the issues mentioned by others in negative reviews and will definitely be coming back.

I had a great massage at Nirvana. The therapist was Belinda who was very nice and gave an excellent massage. I will definitely go again in the future.

Had lower back that wasn't getting better so I scheduled an hour with Susan at Nirvana. Susan was able to use the correct method & the amount of pressure on my lower back to allow the healing to accelerate. Highly recommend Susan at Nirvana.

My husband and I went in for a couples massage. Although the massage was nice, the atmosphere was just strange. They two service providers were talking throughout the massage which didn’t help the atmosphere. But the massage was not the issue… They asked us to pay in advance when we walked in and requested all cash, which is fine. We didn’t have cash so they directed us to their in-house ATM. We took out cash for the price of the service and for a 20% tip for each service provider. After we completed our massage, we gave them each their 20% tip and thanked them. We were then immediately pressured to pay 25% each and they made us either Venmo or take our more cash to make up the extra 10%. They made us feel like we couldn’t leave the store without adding that additional 10% tip, so we paid it. It was extremely unprofessional and very uncomfortable, especially when we thought we were already being generous by giving a 20% tip per service provider! It truly felt like a “shake down” as we were leaving. We will not be back and we warn anyone about this experience before you go!!

My wife and I went in for a couples massage yesterday and it was a very great experience! everything was set up and ready to go. Easy communication and everything was confirmed via text message which helped out a lot! Cash only, but they also accept Venmo payments etc... Very fair pricing, we will definitely be going back for another session!

I scheduled a massage appointment online and received text confirmation, but the front desk said they couldn’t help me when I arrived at the scheduled time. This was very disappointing as I was looking forward to this and only have a limited schedule. They gave me a card to try to schedule a new appointment. No way! I’d recommend not booking online because your appointment won’t be honored.

This establishment fell short of expectations. The waiting area was chaotic due to ongoing construction and clutter. Upon arrival, we were directed to a cramped room that barely accommodated one person, and the previous couple was hurriedly ushered out. Although the massage was satisfactory, there was an upfront request for cash payment. Moreover, there was additional pressure to increase our tip from 20% to at least 25% based on their perceived performance which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, the experience was awkward, and I do not intend to return.

made an appointment for a massage on 10/15/22 at 10 am ... a day before my massage a get a text stating to come in at 9:30 ,but i couldnt because 10 was the time i was available. I got to Nirvana on time . I was greeted with "oh can you come back in a hour ".It looked like they were still cleaning from the day before i then asked how much for the massage , the woman told be $70 while the website said $60. i was not a happy camper at this point . I decided that this establishment wouldn't get my hard earned money and left to never return an hour later . to many red flags with how they handled me .
