Nolihala Massage - Kennebunk

Well I had had this terrible upper back pain for a long time due to work and stress as well. I could even feel it by touching the area where the pain was. During the session I was able to notice how Kayla was like draining something from the area where I was so in pain by making pressure on it. It was great and relaxing during the session. After it I could feel no longer any pain but my biggest surprise was later on when I tried to feel the affected area and I did not feel any muscle atrophy that I used to have before the session. It was just so amazing to have such amazing results in only one session! Very professional therapy!!

I've been seeing Jocelyn once a month for about 6 months now. She is so kind, calming, and welcoming, and the space is so soothing as well. Her massages are so skilled and always work out tight spots that come along with a job sitting at a computer for most of the day. Jocelyn is a sweetheart and possibly part magician. She is able to zero in on spots that need attention whether you mention them or not. She makes gentle recommendations for things you can do between massages to help yourself. Her massages are relaxing and effective, so much so that I am willing to drive an hour to see her.
