Nooga Massage & Lymphatics

James was awesome! I came for post op lymphatic drainage and was very nervous about pain and discomfort just from videos I had seen but he assured me this was not like the Dr's do and would not be uncomfortable. I felt very comfortable and relaxed and had all of the things I was told to expect post massage. He did a great job and will definitely be using him in the future for regular massages as well.

Jimmy is the best! I have primary lymphedema I'm under medical management for, but still have pain, tightness and stiffness in non-impacted areas. It was important to find someone familiar enough with the underlying disorder to help me find a balance in management without exacerbating things. He spent so much time understanding how my lymphedema impacted me as well as what I was hoping to achieve. The same therapist that diagnosed me and started management is who trained Jimmy which immediately put me at ease. I have multiple surgeries in hopes of alleviating the chronic swelling and am thankful to know exactly where to go in post op care.

Jimmy is a true professional who understands the lymph system. He asked me questions and then customized my treatment to meet my needs. He explained so much to me while doing my lymph system massage. I had him dry brush my skin as well. I thought I was doing it myself correctly, but found out I wasn't. I can feel the difference since being there earlier today. I plan to make a second appointment for late next week. I highly recommend his services. I promise you won't regret going to him.

In my experience, Jimmy is incredibly friendly, professional, and talented as a body worker. He communicated well, assessed my body thoroughly for condition and trouble spots, and gave me a fantastic deep tissue massage that not only felt great but with therapeutic benefits as well.
