North Hollywood Spa

I have been going to this place for years and have probably spent hundreds of dollars as a customer BUT on my most recent visit I was told that I would not be allowed to bring my bags with me inside the facility?? All other guest were allowed to bring their bags inside. When I asked how come I couldn't bring my bags inside? I was given NO EXPLANATION! I told them I need my bags because I need medication and told them to search my bags. They would not let me inside? I plan on filing a discrimination lawsuit against this facility.. They show no loyalty to their customers whatsoever!!! I WILL NOT RETURN

Its a small and nice spot. One of the last gay spas and I always enjoy my time there Rooms are small or you can get bigger rooms with an additional $10 on selective rooms I would recommend it to check it out

My recent visit to North Hollywood Spa left me feeling disappointed and disgruntled. The overall experience fell short of expectations on multiple levels. Unprofessional and Rude Staff.Right from the start, the staff's demeanor was off-putting. The receptionist displayed a rude and dismissive attitude, which immediately created an unwelcome atmosphere. This unprofessional behavior continued throughout my visit, leaving a sour taste in my mouth. Unclean and Uninviting Facilities The cleanliness of the facilities left much to be desired. The locker rooms and common areas felt unkempt and in need of a thorough cleaning. This lack of attention to hygiene detracted from the spa experience significantly. Unfortunately, the combination of rude staff and a subpar environment turned what was supposed to be a relaxing spa day into a frustrating and unpleasant experience. I would strongly advise against visiting North Hollywood Spa and recommend seeking out alternative spas that prioritize customer service and cleanliness.

As long as people want have a place to hangout and chill. As we walk in the front desk person kind rude speaking. And later while people leaving the room. They clean it with floor cleaner was soooo strong the smells. It made me have headache so bad.

The worst spa in LA you can go. It is written on their official website it's 25 $ but you pay 35 $ actually. The staff is rude to the extent that the guy threw the towel to me with very impolite way. Men inside are mostly daddies and Mexicans with large bellies and not alot of people go there you can rarely find your type. It was my first time and I'm sure it's the last one.

Very clean facilities, I find some comments here about being rip off price wise hard to believe because the prices are right there where you check in. The middle age man that checked me in seem professional and polite, I took a Delux room $60 which included $10 one off membership, I would honestly say the prices are a touch too high. The Spa was fairly quiet it was a Sunday but the Oscars were on that might have been the reason why. The regular rooms are too small specially if your tall or big, your better paying the extra $10 for the Delux room. The other sauna gets a big crowd at times but can be difficult getting a room. So if you want a very clean facility with a more mature age group this might be the place for you, I will check it out again.

lack of empathy and poor judgment. Had an emergency not even 10 mins after checking in. Checked in open my laptop to realize. I had to be at a meeting in 15 minutes. Asked the desk if they could make a one time exception for a refund and firmly said No,while another one of the guys started laughing. Do not recommend unless your okay with throwing money away. Oh yeah n the room I paid 50 dollars for had half of the blinds missing. Dirty sheets and a pillow that seemed a pillow cover stuffed inside another.
