Nova Therapeutic Massage

This place is absolutely great man. I walked in, and had to only wait about 5-10 minutes it be serviced. Front desk reception was very insightful and accommodating. Sedona conducted a facial/massage combo service on me and I am in total bliss man. She was able to get all my kinks and knots out within an hour. Phenomenal customer service and care, I feel like a brand new man. I’ll definitely be back! Thanks!

This spa is located inside Springfield Mall, which means it is easy to get to and there is lots of parking. It is at the end near the Regal Movie theaters. The spa lobby is small, but there is a spacious area in the back with many treatment rooms. Everything seemed very clean. I had a reflexology massage which was excellent. My masseuse, however, had very limited English and it was difficult to communicate (e.g., when she was using too much pressure). The manager in front speaks English and can communicate with the staff, so express your preferences to her. I would return to this spa.

I surprised my husband with a massage at Nova Therapeutic Massage this week for a Birthday. Wendy gave him his massage and he said it was the best massage he has ever had. He left feeling less stressed and tense. We are going back for a couples massage. They are very professional and timely.

I’ve been there 4 times, two types with friends and while the massage professionals are great the woman at the reception is very rude, zero empathetic and give a very poor customer service. We all agree. No matter if you’re calling or in side. I hope administration can see this message and work with her cuz she doesn’t look happy with what she does and it’s not about the language it’s about behave and disposition

If you like acupressure massages this is the right place. The location is convenient and the ambience is pleasant. The therapists are all very good, I have never had a bad session.

I had awesome experience with deep tissue massage today, at this store. The technician Shelia is very professional and put serious efforts. She is very nice, and I wish her English could be better so that I can communicate more and clear where I need more or less massage. Overall, thumbs up! Would definitely recommend this place and go back!

This is a fantastic massage place! I usually do massage every week to relieve my sore shoulder and lower back, Then I found this new place when I was hanging out in the mall. Wendy gave me one hour massage, it's wonderful! Wendy's expertise and skill immediately put me at ease. She took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences During the massage session. And I added the hot stone, it really boosted my circulation a lot, I felt so good the next day. Thank you so much Wendy, I really appreciate it. I'll come back soon.
