Jason has a great intuitive touch and knowledge of the body to address the fascial issues that cause a lot of imbalances and pain. I went to Jason for shoulder issues, and my understanding was that my muscles we imbalanced, but Jason showed my that I actually had a fascial restriction that was causing my shoulder to stay in a position that caused pain. Wonderful experience, and I highly recommend Jason for solving any issues that you haven't been to resolve, or for a simply relaxing time. Thanks, Jason!

Simply the best massage therapist you will find. Jason is talented, extremely well trained, and knowledgeable. He can find and alleviate all those sore and aching body sites and get you onto a path of long-term mobility and pain-free living...honestly priceless. Reliable, on time, and professional make him an absolute gem and hands down our favorite therapist. You can't go wrong.

Jason is far and away the best massage therapist I have ever encountered. I have received therapy from him for several years, and his anatomical expertise and attention to detail are unparalleled in my experience. He is reliably ingenious and knowledgeable about everything from knee injuries to muscle tears to chronic neck pain, and has a particular interest in connective tissue methods. He is generous with his time and a delight to work with.

Jason is a one of a kind massage therapist who really takes the time to get to know his clients. Unlike many other massage therapists, he is also comfortable working with people who have disabilities like myself. Not sure if this new space is fully accessible or not, but he can also come to your home if it’s easier for accessibility needs. He's also a pleasure to be around and I'm excited that he now has studio space in the city so that his talents are not only for those of us in the South Bay.

In search of the ultimate massage experience? Good job on your internet search--you found it! For the athletes, the tight, the injured ... you know what I'm talking about: We don't want a massage robot. We (understandably) expect the therapy part in our massage therapist. Jason at Nurturing Elbows is the real deal. His background in kinesiology translates into significant benefits for your body. He'll tailor his approach to meet your needs, session after session. (Because your body is never the same body twice... being human is being in a constant state of change, and you'd better have a bodyworker who gets that, too). He'll go beyond the surface symptoms to address the underlying causes of discomfort. And if you like to nerd out about body mechanics, he'll explain what's going on and why. Legit. I have hip/lower back tightness and an old knee injury, and, yes, as his practice name implies, Jason knows how to use targeted pressure with his elbows to deliver relief. But just as important, rest assured, he has healing hands, too. You should be so lucky if he'll lay them on YOU!

Jason has a healing touch and a soulful charm to himself and his work. It’s a rare treat for me to take the time to hire a professional to help me. I work more than full time, and the stress and neglect shows when I’m finally allowed to let go under his care. During his massage I found myself feeling present again. It was a very beautiful experience, feeling my thoughts relax with my tense muscles. It’s easy for me to forget how neglecting my body shows in many ways impacting my overall health and performance. Since my massage I have felt more energetic, and had a clearer thought process throughout the rest of my work week. Jason is my go to guy from now on! I hope others can benefit from his healing hands. Thanks Jason!

I've been getting work done by Jason for years now, he's one of the few people who is capable of properly hitting my tough areas and his prices are reasonable. If you have chronic pain and need a good therapist, this is the place to come
