Just don’t. Writing this in my car parked outside. This was a comically ridiculous experience. I am training for a marathon and naturally my feet & legs are feeling it, so I decided to treat myself to a massage. I made an appointment for 3pm and when I walked in, all of the ladies were in the back of the store screaming at each other. I have no idea what they were saying but 100% sounded like they were fighting. They carried on for 5 minutes, completely ignoring me even though at least 3 of them saw me standing there. I was so uncomfortable I almost left, but had been looking forward to the massage all day. The lady asked me which massage I wanted and I pointed to #6 on their menu - a 60 minute COMBO FOOT & BODY MASSAGE (verbatim). She asked me to pay before but I did not feel comfortable doing so because I wasn’t even sure I was going to stay (the fighting was still carrying on in the back of the store). She insisted but I refused so she reluctantly gave up. She showed me to a room and still the fighting carried on for at least the first 15 minutes of the massage and I could hear it even through the walls and the closed door, making it extremely hard to relax. After 60 minutes of an extremely average massage, the woman told me I was done. Mind you she hadn’t even TOUCHED my feet (the main reason I was there to begin with). I tried asking what about the feet and she was decently confused. I pointed to me feet and asked “no feet?” And she pointed to the clock saying 60 minutes over. I told her again I asked for the body and foot combo massage and so she threw a towel over my feet and squeezed them for about 30 seconds each foot, no lotion or anything. I would’ve asked again but I knew she was not going to understand a single thing. When we went to the desk to pay, I pointed to the menu AGAIN and tried asking why no foot massage when I asked for the combo foot and body massage. She just kept repeating “60 minutes $60” as she ran my card, clearly not understanding what I was saying. At this point I was so fed up and just asked for my card back after she gave me the receipt and she hesitated. She eventually called over another woman (the one I originally told which massage I wanted when I first got there) who spoke slightly better English and I asked her the same question and she basically told me that I should’ve told her what I wanted. I pointed to the menu and said “I told YOU I wanted #6 with is a COMBO massage.” This woman asked me to tip the other woman (they weren’t giving me my card back because they were waiting for me to pay) and I basically said no because I didn’t get what I asked for originally. She offered to take me back and give me a foot massage and I said no because at this point I was just fed up and pissed and wanted to leave. Mind you I ALWAYS tip, even if service isn’t great, but given the whole experience and service I received I decided not to. So I demanded for the 5th time they give me my card back, which they eventually did and I walked out. I NEVER write reviews, but this experience was just so absurd I had to warn others that it is not even worth trying this place out. Here I am after all that and $60 down and never even got the foot massage I desperately wanted

Communication could be better. I called to make an appointment, very friendly and send me info right after the phone call. When I got there they seemed confused why I wanted just foot massage. I could almost immediately tell that foot massage wasn’t really a service even thought it’s posted. They tried to convince me to do a full body and foot but I’m pregnant so I really just wanted to stick to feet. It was relaxing, not like traditional foot reflexology where it burns and hurts. I ended up falling asleep. I did not have 20% cash so she did get a little upset but they had made me pay before the massage and I was confused how I would leave the tip. She insisted I do card after the massage. Otherwise, it was alright.

After my first visit here, I knew it wouldn't be my last. I had almost given up on finding a quality massage after my favorite shop had closed, but I'm so glad I gave Ocean Spa a chance. The owner is friendly, caring, and organized, the shop is well-staffed with skilled practitioners which is very convenient for walk-ins (though appointment reservations are best once you become an established client). The facility is clean and spacious, and there is a room with 2 tables for couples who like to get massaged together. After a bit of a wait (my fault, I didn't make an appointment and came at a busy time), the girl who worked on me addressed all my points with just the right amount of pressure for my full body treatment, and even spent more time on my feet towards the end when I told her how much I loved foot massage. In summary, I felt genuinely cared for. NOTE: Be sure to grab a business card before you leave, as they are loyalty cards, and you can receive a free treatment after 10 visits. As the name implies, Ocean Spa is a breath of fresh air!

I’ve been going to Ocean Spa Massage for over two years now, and every deep tissue/sports massage has been fantastic. The atmosphere is really calm, and my therapist always knows how to focus on what I need. I leave feeling refreshed and more flexible, totally ready for my next workout. Highly recommend!

Ocean Spa Massage is a very well operated spa. All of the ladies are friendly and want to help you feel better. I went in with a lot of soreness from an afternoon of golfing. Angela took very good care of me, making my muscles feel much better. I was able to talk with the owner for a few short minutes while Angela prepared for my massage, we had a great conversation and I walked away with the belief that she cares for all her customers and staff. I look forward to returning.

Came in at last minute from pain from moving all day. April was fantastic! She listened to my ask of pressure and responded. She also checked in with me various times throughout the massage and made sure I was doing ok. I’ll definitely be back!

This was my first time getting a massage. The facility and rooms were clean and had a peaceful environment. The ladies there were very professional, and the experience was incredibly relaxing. I had shoulder and foot injuries, and they were willing to work with me.

The massage was mediocre. It was not 60 mins. They started counting the minute I walked in and started talking. It also had a weird smell like a public bathroom. They have you pay before and tip after, so if you're using a card you'll be charged twice for card fees. The treatment was okay, but their is a language barrier at times.
