One Massage Holistic Center

I had the most relaxing massage of my life yesterday with Ian. Being my first massage of the type, he was very informative and professional. Even after what I thought was a light work over during the session, I left feeling several years younger and fully refreshed. I can't wait for my next session!

Great all around! Andrea is very knowledgeable about our human bodies and was so sweet on explaining everything even though I only scheduled a 30 min massage ( as it was a gift to me) and wasn’t enough time. We’ve had such great conversations and teaching me certain things , I left appreciating everything about this experience. She did not give me an ordinary massage, but a fascial stretch which did so much good to my body. I came in with a huge kink in my neck where I couldn’t even turn my head in either direction, and left being able to turn in BOTH directions. I am not kidding!! So amazing all around!

I felt completely relaxed. Tara asked several questions to be sure I knew what to expect before we began. Following the massage we had a very pleasant conversation about what we had both experienced. I would definitely do this again. It is difficult to explain but well-worth the time.

Beautiful interior, clean restroom, comfortable table. Jon gave me an excellent massage and "tuned" my body for improved circulation and freedom from pain. He taught me a lot about how my body works and how to care for it. Thank you!

Andrea has a wealth of knowledge about the human body and years of experience working with individuals who have worked their bodies hard. She has a desire to help people who are in pain and understands that pain is a multifaceted puzzle. She works diligently with people to help them solve their pain puzzles. She doesn’t offer cookie cutter massage therapy, she provides a holistic approach and listens to life experiences to find a beginning point of her body work which seems to be a delicate balance between ashiatsu, fascial work, breathwork, stretching, and meditation. In addition to her body work she works with other therapists to help them understand the value they have in their work and the importance of a variety of techniques that breathe longevity into their practice. She has helped me time and time again and I am glad to have had the experience and wealth of her knowledge.

Such a great guy! He does awesome work you will not be disappointed! The place is so calm you literally will fall asleep no doubt about that one lol!

My husband has had shoulder pain for at least the last 3 years. He has had 2 visits with Ian and he cannot stop raving about how good he feels. He was a skeptic at first but is a true believer now! Ian is amazing! Very professional and makes you feel at ease.

Paid $137 for a 90 min massage and back pain relief session. What I got was 50 mins of in-depth conversation asking me questions about my history and traumas, then 20 mins of him assessing my body and 20 mins of him just doing some pressure points on my neck n head. There was no massaging that took place, my neck and back are still as tense as it was before I was seen. Will not recommend and have already shared with people to stay away from this business. The person was nice overall, but I am upset on the amount of money I spent and the relief I did not get. Update migraine came in the middle of the night which I was hoping to bypass with getting this massage yesterday.
