I recently attended Fall Into Self-Care: A Yoga & Massage Experience. It was a 90 min bliss with restorative poses with hands-on stretching. I left feeling completely relaxed and slept well. Highly recommend this experience!

I have been a client of OM for years and have always had a fantastic experience. My teen recently had her second “pediatric massage” with Mollie. I can’t recommend this experience enough for those looking to give their active teen’s muscles and mind some relief. Mollie exhibited the epitome of consent. She explained beforehand thoroughly how the experience would proceed, made sure that my teen was comfortable with which body parts would and wouldn’t be touched (and that they could change their mind mid-massage), allowed them to wear the amount of clothing they were comfortable with, and even allowed them to choose their favorite music for the experience. I, as my teen’s parent, was required to be present for the whole massage which was also a comfort. All over it was a wonderful experience for my teen and a standard of care I know she will expect going forward in life.

The best! I’ve been a client for over 20 years. Jeanenne is phenomenal and the yoga practice is outstanding. A good mix of restoration, flow and meditation. The instructors are experienced and thoughtful. It’s been amazing to find a community of like minded people.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I've had a tough time finding a massage therapist with the right experience and background who could address my orthopedic issues. Had an amazing session with Michael today and will definitely return. Very knowledgeable and the proof was in how great I felt after. As an added bonus, what a fantastic personality!
