I am sad to have to leave this review. I saw that it is best to use cash so I went to my bank and got out $100 cash from my savings account. I signed up for a one hour massage at $60. I got to my appointment and was pleased to see a clean and pretty facility. There were two ladies present. My masseuse spoke very little English. But they both asked “is this your first time?” During the massage The masseuse asked me if the pressure was good and asked several time is all okay? I said yes. At about what seemed like an hour into the massage. She leaned over to me and said up! Up! And indicated to turn over onto my back. I did so and then she said something I did not understand because of the broken English. She said I thought “one hour?” Or maybe I was thinking as I was lying there later she said “1/2 hour??” So I just nodded not knowing what was happening. She continued and I said to myself this is way more than one hour of time. She finished and I looked at the clock and it was 1 1/2 hours I had been there. I thought uh oh!! She is going to charge me for a 90 minute massage. I BOOKED ONE HOUR. When I got to The desk to pay she said “$90” so I gave her $90 cash and then she says “tip? Tip? She looked pretty desperate and was a bit pushy So I gave her ten more dollars. This is the old bait and switch. I am very saddened because I really wanted to like this place but I am never going back again. . I was going to buy groceries with that extra $30 I took out of my savings so I am upset to say the least. I was also actually sort of panicked because I thought the 90 minute massage (that I did not ask for) might be $120 and I did not have that money at all. What would have happened then? Again I signed up for a $60 one hour massage. I have been to other local Asian massage parlors and they have never even come close to doing anything like this. Very sad and disappointing.

Went here when my normal massage therapist was booked up and I had extra time between my kids sporting event. My first impression was this place is very clean. Now to the massage, my therapist was very kind and gave me an excellent deep message, she was sure to ask me my desired pressure and was able to give me just the massage I was needing. If in this area I will be sure to return.

This place is amazing! I’m a nurse and work long hours on my feet and I’m also a mom and this is the first time I ever did anything like this and they were PHENOMENAL! Very clean and very professional! Mary was amazing and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you ladies for an amazing experience!

This place is very clean, I’m always particular when it comes to a massage place. Mary was amazing, I walked in with tight/stressed shoulder and back. She made sure the pressure was just right and walked me through the steps of what she will be doing! I feel super relaxed after the service. Thank you Mary! P.S.It’s too bad that I’m from out of town, otherwise I would definitely come back as a regular! I’m hoping to visit again in the near future!

What a great experience we had at the Oriental Massage in Westerville. The ladies were so kind. The massage was top notch. Best massage I've ever had. Co Co was the masseuse and she instinctitively zeroed in on a few sore spots from a sciatic nerve that I hadn't mentioned. That was impressive. This is a very clean salon and the decor was nice and soothing. I loved the background music. Highly recommend this place.

There were parts of my massage that were relaxing, but most of it was painful. I felt that the pressure was too much. When I went in, I was not talked over anything, just asked to take my clothes off and then the massage started. Afterwards , I went to leave a tip and the lady laughed at me as if she did not understand. When I told her I was leaving a tip, she seemed super confused.

I wish I could rate more than 5 stars! They really did a good job on me. The staff Were really friendly I would definitely go back!

Best massage I’ve had in a long time, carol is amazing. Will definitely be coming back!
