Amazing food and amazing service! Our server Monica is so amazing!!! Dessert is a must have! We got nachos, soup, bread pudding and pizza. Lots of serving! Price is great! Must stop before you drive to Estes park! Ambience is cozy and they allow dogs in the patio! Overall amazing!

We stopped at Oskar Blues Lyon location on our way back from Estes. It is a big place. They have a patio, small deck, restaurant area, downstairs bar, and small arcade. They have a full menu and their beers including: a pils, pale ale, scotch ale, lager, and a Hazy. I personally liked the old chub scottish. If I am in the area again I may grab a bite.

Really pleasantly surprised by the food here. Popped in on a whim, since options were slim at night in Lyons. They seemed kinda busy and front of the house seemed a bit understaffed maybe. The tall older gentleman appeared to be bartender/server and is very kind calm and busy. For his attitude service was great but he had to run the whole restaurant alone basically. Even so we got our food at a very reasonable time for how busy they seemed. To my surprise the food was excellent for typical bar fare. I had the spicy chicken sandwich. Everything about it was excellent! Honey siracha with jalapeños and coleslaw. I was thinking the jalapeños might be too much however the coleslaw balanced them out perfectly and the honey with the sirach' superb. The Chicken itself breaded and fried perfectly. I was so surprised that I literally wanted to order another one. Oh fries were great as well. Didn't have any beers but selection seemed decent. Outside patio seating appeared nicer than inside. Kinda typical dive bar restaurant look. Back of the house must kick @ss because food was being rocked out but we heard the other worker woman talking crap about other employees and was generally not pleasant as she seemed annoyed that I asked her if the kitchen was busy (because I wanted to order more food) or if I could have some mayonnaise. Maybe she was super busy or having a bad day. I want to go back to try other menu items but I probably won't expect great service and the prices are a little high but the food is definitely worth it from my experience.

I stopped by for lunch at May 21. Ordered OB Burger with fries. Haven’t had such wonderful burger for a long time. And these are what I call “fries”! Loving the meal❤️

I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant! They have something for everyone's taste, and while they were packed last night with waits, the service never suffered, and neither did the quality of the meal! If I could give this location 10 stars, I would!

I thought sitting at the restaurant was nice after a long day of hiking. I appreciated the fish and chips meal, and the flavor of the batter, but not the fish itself. I didn’t appreciate that the drink menu didn’t have prices and that the server didn’t know the prices. When I asked her how much they were, she asked which one do you want, but with the many options, I told her…it would be most ideal for the customer to understand pricing first, and then select an option within their appropriate range. She went and asked someone @ pricing. Ultimately, I ordered mead which runs 10$/serving. It was good, but having to have that conversation in a restaurant, is unnecessary for the customer. Consider putting prices on your menu, even if it’s a marker and erase type situation or if you have to override with stickers, in the future. Customers need to know what they are going to be spending to make appropriate selections.

I come here frequently for live music, which is great, Oskar Blues is an important part of the Lyons music scene. There’s a lot of smaller shows here with amazing lesser-known artists. The food is ok, burgers are usually good, chicken wings also good, salads are just ok in my opinion. When I last visited, I ordered a _bowl_ of pork green chili and it came in a plate. It wasn’t very hot to begin with and it quickly cooled, because it was in a plate :/ Also, it was very runny. Overall, this is a great place to visit for live music and beer (they have a lot) but the food could be improved.

We've been working down the street and have eaten here several days a week for the last couple weeks. I've tried a bunch of menu items, all of them were good, none of them were disappointing. The service has been great every time. No complaints at all. Very well run restaurant, with good employees. Hard to find these days. You all should open a location in Nederland, you'd kill it. We need a decent restaurant.
