Good beer and whisky selection. Enjoyed the pizza. Talked to the owner for awhile about the food, neighborhood and other random things. Just had a warm and enjoyable time.

The drinks were pretty good, service was a bit slow and they tried to pawn off San Daniella prosciutto for $17 for four slices. It tasted straight from a packaged speck or at most Parma. You can't fool the real Italians. Try harder

BEWARE!!! Food and drink was great, but it was all downhill when we received the bill. First, they added a 20% tip to the bill without any prior notification. Next they summarized the bill, rounded it up (only by 2 cents) and added a 3% fee for using a credit card (unfortunately this is becoming all too common). But then they totaled the bill yet again showing an amount that included the roundup and 20% tip, then they added the credit upcharge, creating a new "total." They followed this with calculations for various recommended tip amounts and then space for yet another tip and a new total!! Essentially they tried to extract an additional tip on the previous total that already included the tip. In our opinion this is gouging. Moreover, unless you reviewed the bill with the detail orientation of an accountant, you would not realize what was going on. BEWARE!!!

Great atmosphere and service is rly kind and personable and wide selection of beer and wine. Maudrey took really good care of me tonight.

A pub with great beer choices and food for decerning tastes. Try the pizza:unique and flavorful combinations. Varied selection of liquor and cocktails. Beer selection is fairly good.

This place looks nice, warm and welcoming from the street but once inside chances are good you’ll be treated poorly, especially if you encounter the owner. He is the most arrogant insulting person I’ve ever meet in the food industry. Would not allow his staff to provide any extra bread with the antipasti plate. Had poor experience with him at his other restaurant across the street as well.
