BEST MASSAGE I’VE EVER HAD! I did a 1h deep tissue massage and they released all my knots on my back and even more on my hips that were so deep I didn’t even know I had, I just knew my hips were really tight and sore. My full body was released after the session and I felt immediately rejuvenated! My therapist did a lot of pressure points, especially some on my ribs which was new for me and very nice! They also did some reflex work on my palms and soles of my feet, and blood flow on my arms and legs. The massage ended with stretching which was the perfect way to end the session. 10/10 recommend. Affordable and amazing staff and facility. Can’t wait to book my next appointment!

Would not return. I Asked for two females therapist when booking online for (2) 90min massages. Once we arrived the receptionist placed us in a room and shortly after a male and female therapist came. My partner was uncomfortable with a male therapist but didn’t want to ruin our massages and just went forward hoping to still receive an invigorating massage. The male therapist did a poor job and barely deserved a tip. We asked for a 90 min massage w oil. He provided 80 min of compressions face down to my partner. Skipping over important areas of his body. I am a massage therapist myself and know that is unacceptable. Although my massage went well with the female therapist (Sally) their unprofessionalism deters me from ever returning. I really wanted my partner to benefit from their therapeutic techniques especially seeing all the other good reviews but they fell short on providing that.

The best massage place I've been to outside of China. Extremely professional, super clean and aesthetic, and skilled therapists who walk you through pressure and can pinpoint what's tense about your body even if you didnt share in advance! I've had back soreness for ages after sitting poorly at my desk and a 30 min session got rid of nearly all the pain immediately after. Andy was fantastic (谢谢您 ). These people are miracle workers. I'll absolutely make the time to come at least once a month for maintenance and relaxation. Highly recommend! Thank you Pain Away ❤️

My experience at Pain Away of Philly was incredibly disappointing. After reading positive reviews, I had high expectations, but my session fell far short of what I anticipated. From the start, the facility didn’t meet the basic standards of cleanliness or tranquility that you’d expect from a place focused on healing and relaxation. The treatment area was cramped, lacking the peaceful atmosphere I had hoped for, and instead felt rushed and chaotic, which left me feeling uneasy. During the session, the practitioner seemed distracted and failed to properly explain the procedure, which only added to my anxiety. The experience itself was uncomfortable, and at no point did the practitioner check in on how I was feeling, which made the whole ordeal even more distressing. After the session, I was hoping for some relief, but instead, I left feeling more anxious and uneasy than when I arrived. While I understand that not everyone responds to acupuncture in the same way, the lack of attention to detail and the absence of care during the treatment made the experience particularly negative. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pain Away of Philly to others. I hope they make improvements to their environment and services, but as it stands, I won’t be returning.

I’ve come here 3 times so far and i will be back. Every time I feel like Im getting special treatment or extra time. I go in for deep tissue and I leave feeling sore and tenderized in a good way. They really help keep my pain away in ways that previous massages haven’t. Can’t recommend enough!

My experience at Pain Away of Philly was really disappointing. Based on other reviews, I had great expectations going in, however my session was nothing like what I had expected. First of all, it wasn't as tidy or peaceful as I had hoped. The treatment area was small and lacked the calm ambience you would anticipate from a facility that promotes healing and rest. It also appeared hurried and chaotic, which left me nervous and restless. I was worried about what was going to happen because the practitioner seemed preoccupied and didn't fully explain the procedure during the session. In addition, I found the experience to be unpleasant, and the practitioner neglected to ask me how I was feeling at any point during the procedure. I was expecting some relief after the session, but I didn't get any. To be honest, I felt even more anxious and uneasy than when I had first entered. I am aware that not everyone responds well to acupuncture, but the experience was made especially bad by the disregard for detail and lack of caring. Based on my experience, I wouldn't suggest Pain Away of Pilly to others. I hope they can make improvements to their environment and services in the future, but for now, I don't see myself going back.

I got a 60min deep tissue massage with 20min of cupping with Lucy. She was very nice and thorough. I came in with a lot of soreness from working out and after the massage I felt like I was in a new body! Planning to go back next month and would recommend to others!

Too damn expensive. And the reviews talk about how they beg to be overtipped. I don’t care how good you think you are, they are many good down the street charging a dollar a minute. That’s why they don’t post their prices online. I walked in too many available waiting for clients. Glad I walked out. They also have on their menu how you could give them so much money ahead of time and get savings for the future. What a joke that is. You’re not a bank. Beware new customers. Check your resources nearby and don’t get caught up in their marketing social media ploys.
