The massage in the salt cave was amazing. As soon as the generator was turned on my sinuses started to clear and I could breathe. The 60 minute massage wasn’t long enough! She worked on improving the circulation in my legs and ankles to help my neuropathy and what a difference it made. She had great technique and knowledge for my unique medical conditions and checked in frequently about her pressure levels. I was amazed at the level of deep pressure she was able to apply and continue over the 60 minutes. Unfortunately it was raining so I could not enjoy the meditation garden and fountain after my treatment, but it is a beautiful and relaxing space I look forward to using my next visit. I highly recommend Palm Sport and Wellness. The facility is clean, peaceful and the staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

I was at Palm sport and wellness yesterday for a facial with Ann-marie and a massage with Shelyn. Every time I come see Ann-Marie she does such an amazing job making my face look like it’s glass, she is wonderful! This was my first time having a massage by Shelyn, and let me tell you this was by far the best massage I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend her and I’ll be coming back!! Love the entire atmosphere!

I found Palm Sport & Wellness online, and when Kim mentioned that Shelyn is excellent at deep tissue massage, I decided to give it a try. When I arrived, I was pleased to learn that Shelyn is also a neuromuscular massage therapist—exactly what I needed. I had been dealing with pain in my neck, shoulders, and upper back after working on a project at St. Anastasia Catholic Church, where I was installing two large murals and painting frames by hand—a task that’s both mentally and physically demanding. Shelyn was fantastic: professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping people feel better. I can’t thank her enough for the relief she provided. Kim was great! She is very knowledgeable and was able to loosen up my shoulders which have been given me problems for years! The atmosphere has a great vibe and was very relaxing. Will definitely be back!

Found Kim thru Internet search. Drove 45 minutes to her for my appt and was amazed. She really listens top you and focuses on your problem areas. I already felt relief towards the end of my massage. Definitely recommend!

The BEST massage I have ever had. I was in so much pain when we arrived at our beach home for a week of much needed rest. Kim worked on me without hurting me, like so many have before. The pressure was perfect and I am pain free! We are now booking for December when we return for another week. So glad my husband and I found them!

The location is super quaint. Meeting Bella was great, I'm a dog person . Kim was amazing. She found problem areas I didn't even know where a problem! She talked me through the process and checked in to make sure all was good. She really worked on my "pain" areas and really helped to alleviate the discomfort I was feeling. I'm so glad I found her place. I will definitely go back!
