It's an ok place. The drinks are average price and there is a large downstairs area for dancing and drinking. The upstairs area wasn't too large and had a go-go dancer with a bar. The music isn't the best as they take top 40 songs and add the same techno beat to every song. It's nice to sing along and dance to these 'party' songs and not hear the same beat! It's cash only, has a cover (which I don't understand), and closes early (as everything in Boston closes early). I will say that it was easy to get a drink at either bar (upstairs or downstairs). There was a nice mixed crowd. It was alright, but nothing special nor spectacular.

Awesome people and great service. Some people have a problem drinking drinks out of a plastic cup. You’re getting great drinks, so just drink them. Mmmmmmmmmm!!! Sal C. the superb bartender is sweet, loving, sexy, hot, and so professional. He has a great personality and a wonderful person. The music is bangin’ and shows are fabulous. I drove all the way from Maryland to go clubbing here. It’s worth it.

Gay bar with dancers. My friends and I lovingly refer to it as the parasite. Cash only. Don't have any huge expectations. Go to dance and have a good time. Check Facebook for themed nights.

A $20 cover for pride.. Drinks in Dixie cups.. Way over priced.. And a DJ that played 88BPM for hours.. Never again!! No wonder Club Cafe had a line and this place didn't.. Learn how to not rip off the community that supports you!! And send your DJ to Sharon at club Cafe for lessons.. Anyone can play the same song for hours!!

I go to Paradise pretty frequently, when I went a few weeks ago, I brought my sister who was visiting from out of town. The coat check attendant was probably the rudest person I've ever dealt with. I gave him a 20 to check in 3 coats, and he refused to give me a 5 back telling us that my sister's scarf made 4 coats, when she asked for the scarf back, he had a freakout and yelled at her, I mean hardcore flipped out. You won't be getting my business again. The worst part is I wanted to save the 5 for the tip because I'm friends with coat check attendant of other places and realize it's not exactly a glamourous job having drunk people who have lost their tickets screaming at you. Either way, you need to retrain your coat check staff badly because that experience really killed the whole vibe of the night.

If you like remixes and techno, this might be your place. Otherwise, I found the music to be rather unenjoyable with little variation. The crowd is a mix of all ages. I've definitely been to better gay bars/clubs.

One of the most unfriendly places I've ever been in the world. We were sat enjoying a drink and a fun night when a ' local regular' appeared and put his jacket on the back of my friends chair. He then sat by me on my chair and started pushing me off. Within a couple of minutes his bouncer friends came along and kicked off telling us to leave. All because we were apparantly in 'his' seat. All very bizarre and inbred! A local bar for local people. Outsiders definitely not welcome!!!'

What a dive. Maditory coat check is weird. Cover is silly for such a run down place. I give it two stars because the dancers were working it. Drinks are in plastic Dixie cups. Not sure who they are trying to attract but it's obviously not working as it's was practically empty on a Saturday night.
