Loved this place!! Passed through on the way to Denver and was not disappointed. The food was delicious, the drinks were not too sweet (something they pride themselves in), and the bartenders were knowledgeable. John in particular was hilarious. Highly recommend.

LOVE this place. I have been coming to get drinks here for over a year. My only gripe is that they got rid of the full cocktail menu and only serve 4-5 “special” cocktails. I came here often specifically for their wide array of options. May affect how often I come in the future

Creative and special drinks at prices cheaper than the front range. Many people think this is a pricy place but if you consider what you get for the same price in Fort Collins, I think it’s actually quite reasonable. The Paramount is our special occasion place, and we love bringing out of town guests for a cocktail and snack. The liquor list is carefully curated and features locally produced premium products. Snacks are just as well thought out, with interesting twists on your standard bar food. The bartenders are generous with their time and really take pride in their work and it shows. Drinks are delicious without being heavy handed. I have yet to have a single bad experience here, and I can’t wait for their back patio to open again. The Paramount is lovingly local and really represents the best of what downtown can and should offer.

Charming cocktail bar in downtown Cheyenne. Walking distance to downtown hotels and a few other restaurants. They have small plates and fantastic cocktails. We tried a small sampling and they all tasted great with unique flavors. Would definitely recommend to anyone in town!

Not much food to pick from, mostly small snacks, but the cheese board is great! Drinks are the best in town and the staff is awesome!

My wife and I went to this place in 2023 and really enjoyed our experience. The bartender was awesome. I would give this place five stars except that we went back again in 2024 and sat at the the bar and didn't get waited on for about 10 minutes. There was a larger party that had walked in just after we sat at the bar and they proceeded to serve every one of them before they even took our order. That's the reason I'm giving this place three stars now. Had we received good service this last time we would give them five. It's frustrating when you sit at the bar and expect great service and don't get waited on for at least 10 minutes. I doubt we'll be going back to this place because of that one experience, but I will say their deviled eggs are worth trying out. They have a huge selection of signature drinks that are very good. They use fresh fruit too! This year we tried two drinks that my wife and I both didn't care for, but that isn't the reason for a negative review. This is a place that I recommend you try at least once. It is quite expensive though. Drinks range from $11 to $15 per drink, but I would say that it's worth it. That's also a common price now in 2024. I'm not sure if they have a happy hour. They didn't open until 5:00 p.m on Friday, which is typically when you have a happy hour and we didn't see one.

Super cool cocktail bar in Cheyenne! I got dropped off here by accident and i figured why not!! Well it was terrific the staff were all very frieldy and had great recommendations to the menu! I had the benhur, a whiskey sour and an apple old fashioned. They all rocked.

Gorgeous place in the middle of downtown Cheyenne. Unique and tasty cocktails. Comfortable and upscale ambiance.
