Been to Parlay more than a few times now and can’t say enough good things! Laid back atmosphere with some booths and tables along with a bar. There’s an outdoor area with a huge fire pit that’s beautiful and warm despite the cold weather. The food and drinks are great! I particularly like the buffalo chicken pizza. However my favorite is the sushi! It’s always fresh and a must if you stop by! Service is always great despite being short staffed at times. I recently held an event at Parlay and was well taken care of! Planning and communication were simple and easy. I highly recommend stopping in before heading to the casino or just for a bite to eat!

Great place to kick back, drink and eat dinner or appetizers. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Special shout-out to Sean, the bartender/waiter, who always goes out of his way to make sure his customers have a great experience. Their is an in-house sushi chef who prepares some of the tastiest sushi. Food is always delicious!

Food is ok. Outdoor patio area has fire pits and is nice to sit at in the evening time. It is connected to Hyatt hotel and then to the casino. Nice accessibility to both after visiting the bar/restaurant. No parking except for at the hotel…

After paying for our food and tipping well, we decided we wanted 2 more drinks to close the night. Waitress took it upon herself to add a $200 tip thinking I would not notice. I wonder how often she is successful with this little scam of hers. Review your bill carefully. Edit responding to owner's reply: No, the waitress took the payment table device, changed the tip to $200, and then handed it to me to input my signature. I saw her do this and so I changed the tip back to $20.

Nice bar with live sushi bar and a good menu. Was here for the inaugural Trivia Wednesday which was fun. The buffalo chicken dip was a flavorful appetizer and the hummus & veggie wrap was satisfying. This Hyatt place, with this lounge and an attached casino and food court is simply one of the best-value Hyatt places out there

Really nice restaurant. Great staff and food. Firepit is the perfect way to enjoy a little bit of time after your meal. TRY THE PICKLE PIZZA

Were in Casino for first time. Didn't want Eatery/airline food. Had a big lunch (slipped breakfast) so didn't want to eat in overpriced steak restaurant. Was told about their sports bar so we went there. Sat there for 20 minutes. Nobody waited on us. Didn't even see a waitress. My fiancé went to the bartender who said hey she's just a bartender. She can't help us. So we went online and saw parlays advertisement. We saw the food and saw that it was at the Hyatt was connected to the casino. We looked at the menu which they advertise. Unlike the sports bar in the pub where you can't see what their menu is. We got service the minute we walked in. The bar staff is incredible. The food was delicious. And the wings were probably the best that I've ever had. Not a ton of breading. They were so crisp. So if you go to the casino and don't want to spend a ton of money in the steakhouse. Walk over to the Hyatt you'll get serviced. They even have a band. I paid for tickets to listen to a band at the casino and I could've gotten a free at the Hyatt. The name of the restaurant is Parlays.
