I had my first massage in over 10 years yesterday. Charlene did a wonderful job. I have a hard time with people touching me and she was very in tune to that and explain to me everything as she was doing it. I also had carpal tunnel surgery a week ago and she was very careful in that area but also did some really good inflammation removal. I definitely will go back. I'm planning on doing this once a month for my own self-help.

Where do I even begin!?!? I have struggled with inflammation, edema, autoimmune disease for over 25 years. My legs and ankles swelling, my wrist and actually my whole body. I was taking prescription diuretics for years.. would help somewhat in the winter, spring and fall… but come summer and humidity boy was I miserable! I got to were I didn’t want to wear shorts or dresses because of the swelling in my ankles and legs. I didn’t know there was such a thing as Lymphatic massage, until I was advised that it might help and started doing research on the lymphatic system. I had no idea that this was causing my body to retain water and not disposing of like it should. My lymphatic system was not functioning properly. I did a google search and to my surprise there are not very many lymphatic massage therapists in the area. I read reviews on Partners 4 Healing and decided to give this a try. To my surprise after the first visit I felt really good. My legs didn’t feel like weights and my overall body felt good! I have been consistently improving with the help of Diedra and her lymphatic massages. I have been going to Diedra about every 2 weeks for a couple of months now and My lymphatic system seems to have awakened and water retention has improved so much! I’m actually feeling better in my own skin! My body is getting better and better each visit!! I have learned so much from her about Lymphatic system and drainage. So knowledgeable and just a pure delight to be around. If you are on the fence about making an appointment… stop and get off the fence and call for an appointment!! You will not regret it. The massage was very relaxing and the therapist was very mindful of positioning and using props to maintain pelvic/spine alignment. We discussed pressure/focus preferences prior to beginning the massage and the therapist frequently checked in to ensure I was comfortable.

Diedra is amazing and I'm pretty sure works miracles! She has helped me so much with chronic muscle tension and stress. I highly recommend Partners 4 Healing!

From the warm welcome at the door to her nurturing personality Diedra is a true healer. I went in with tears and left with hope. I have been a return client since and have told all my friends. Give the woman a chance, I doubt you will be disappointed.

Diedra is amazing! She listens, TRULY listens and offers an open mind and heart to whatever may be going on. As a new client, she showed me around the entire studio and we hung out for quite a bit before even getting my massage!
