Covid has caused a lot of stress on my body and also made it difficult to find a massage therapist you can fully trust to take all precautions necessary. Kristiana is not only incredible with her skills but also made me feel very safe in these risky times. I received a much needed Lomi Lomi massage and it was more than I could've asked for. I felt so relaxed and well taken care of. Kristiana puts so much attention and care to every part of the body. I felt safe with all of the precautions she took starting with a detailed Covid in-take form, sanitizing everything and wearing masks at all times. My boyfriend also got a Thai massage and he loved it as well. I highly recommend Kristiana and we will definitely be going back on a regular cadence.

Kristiana is an amazing wellness resource in Milwaukie! Her bodywork is a perfect mix of technique, addressing my long-term structural needs as well as my day-to-day relaxation and mental health. She's a strong listener and takes the time to suss out the source of pain, every time. After each session with Kristiana I leave with more range of motion, more comfort in my body, and a sense of mental peace. Plus, her garden massage studio is beautiful, clean, and easy to get to!

Kristiana is wonderful! I came in with horrific back pain from working at home on the computer all the time. She was so attentive with where my aches were, and was super flexible with scheduling. The COVID protocol she has in place makes you feel safe with minimal risk. I got Lomi Lomi with hot stones, and let me tell you, I walked out of there in no pain and the most relaxed i've been in months! I cant wait to go back!

I had my first Lomi - Lomi massage with Kristiana. I own a construction company so my regular state of body and mind is stress. I really needed a massage. It was excellent! Her massage room is very inviting and professional. Great set up! What impressed me most was her attention to detail from beginning to end. I don't like deep tissue massage, Kristiana used just the right amount of pressure. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Had my first Lomi Lomi massage today and it was one of the best experiences of my life! Kristina is so good at what she does! I melted into the massage table and was in complete bliss. She made me feel safe throughout the experience with all the covid safety precautions she has in place. Kristina also put a ton of love and care into relieving some of the tension I had in my shoulders and neck. I will definitely be coming back!

Kristiana is extremely kind and professional. I have received thai massage, swedish and hot stone from her. She is able to effortless combine the skills in her tool box to suit your needs. I felt like I was being treated like a QUEEN. I trust and recommend her to those seeking body work for freedom from pain and stress. Amidst these times I felt very safe in her care.

I wish I could leave more stars!! I was in a lot of pain with back spasms and the Lomi Lomi massage with it's long sweeping motions set me right and made me functional again. I went for Lomi Lomi with hot stones the next week and it was fantastic!!!! What an amazing experience! As a person who has survived many traumas Kristiana was gentle and very clear about what would happen, what to expect and honoring any limitations or concerns I might have. Thank You!!!!
